Need to sort out this controller, I’m on my 2nd, platter issues.

It's such a shame because it's otherwise really good. What platter issues are you having?

@@JD-pi2ce grounding issue with the platter. When press left jog wheel it stutters forward, should stop. Or if you try to line up a track by rewinding track it stutters forward. Reloop released new firmware 5339. Hopefully fixes the issue. Quite a lot with same issue. I sent mine back going to get something else.
