    Hi Claudia! I personally love these videos the most when you demonstrate on primary and intermediate Dancers because this is the level of coaching that I am at and when the dancers are not advanced already in the demonstrations it is easy for you to make bigger and very precise corrections and it is very clear to see the corrections you are making when they are not super subtle on advanced dancers. I loved this video!! Thank you so much! and GREAT JOB KADELLE!! I'm sure she is dancing BRILLIANTLY now 4 years later!

    I miss dancing so much I lost everything and had to let everything go and it was so traumatic, I wish I could have kept going and then I would have been so good at it today.
    But I'm working my way back and I'm starting to dance a little more at home, you really really really inspire me and everyone should have a dance teacher as lovely as you!😢💕💕💕
    *Thank you*

      Sabrina Villa Traumatic things started happening when I was really young and I moved to an other city and I got really really sick (mentally) so I couldn't do anything and I lost part of my family and my body to an eating disorder.
      I had to stop with everything I couldn't even go to school anymore 😕
      Plus I'm autistic.
      But I will be forever grateful to my mother who saw at an early age that it was easier for me to express myself through music, dance and art😊
      I understand I will never become a pro dancer BUT I will always be a dancer in my *heart* ❤

    I really love how you get deep into the technique and body position corrections. Unfortunately, I've never had those where I used to dance. I've taken up dancing again after about 11-ish years and I will definitely be coming to your videos to gain my strength and technique back with major improvements, I hope :D

    I love your style of teaching so much so I thought I'd ask you if you can give me any simple exercises so I don't loose the strength in my foot while it's healing. I just sprained my ankle and I'm so sad I have my state comp this weekend😣

    • @ClaudiaDeanWorld
      @ClaudiaDeanWorld  7 років тому +1

      Hi Mia, my sister had sprained/fractured both of her ankles in the past, so she recommends 20 slow calf raises on a foam balance board every day, this will help the sore ankle gain strength, also balancing on the foam balance board for 20 seconds everyday on the sore ankle will also help a lot (so only on one leg, try with your eyes closed as well). If you don't have a balance board, doing these exercises without it is completely fine! If you need further help, i definitely recommend seeing a physio! xo

    That was a helpful video. I'm in my early 30s and have developed a bit of a fear of going for multiple pirouettes. Part of it is that I have trouble spotting from a neck injury, but sometimes I worry about getting out of control and come off/ go lower on relevee . So I'm hoping that practicing pirouettes by 1/4, 1/2, and single turn will get me more confident and stronger.

      samibilly that's a stylist choice to open your rounded arm and usually used for at least doubles to gain momentum. You don't need to for a single since so little force and momentum is needed.
