- If you like Pink Floyd, air guitar playing or just epic stuff this is a must watch! This video shows what happens when you go nuts in the wilderness (I believe in a good way). After 5 and a half months of wandering, I completely lost myself in a state of utter surrender to nature. Every morning, I would listen to and start my day with Pink Floyd's "Comfortably Numb." Over time, the song became a part of me, and I decided to record the final solo of the song. It was an incredible experience; I felt like I was performing at Wembley in front of 100,000 people. That feeling was indescribable. Goosebumps from start to finish. Since then, "Comfortably Numb" has become my song, my solo. Sorry, Gilmour, but it's now mine.
And why do I post this after almost 8 years from recording? Well, I figured out that I have lost all of my original video footage from PCT. I found this solo as a part of another video so I've cut it out and post it here on my channel as a good reminder how fucking tough but also beautiful and crazy was life back then in 2016. while thru hiking PCT! Apparently UA-cam is much safer to have my videos uploaded than my disks. Enjoy it!
