I’d have to disagree. There is no bad or good food. Some foods are obviously much better choices than others but I’m also about food freedom and I don’t think eating something like vegan cheese once in a while is the end of the world. This isn’t food we “normally” consume. It’s simple a video reviewing popular food veganized to help others know what to expect and maybe help them try it themselves. Especially for people who might be transitioning to a vegan diet or vegan curious it’s good to have options to help with cravings of what they’re used to eating. I don’t believe in shaming people for what they eat or the things they enjoy! I make plenty of content on the benefits of eating a mostly Whole Foods plant based diet and that’s what my family and I follow 90% of the time but I also don’t mind having a vegan pizza night watching movies either. It’s our daily choices that make the biggest difference in our lives not single events like a night indulging in vegan “junk food”.
Why eat that junk food though? It's so full of rubbish and not at all healthy.
