@@jroldanvaldellos Yes, you can jump straight to Stage 2 which is a transmission AND engine tune. So it's essentially the stage 1 ECU tune plus with a TCU tune on top. The TCU side tune also allows for more hp than stage 1 as the TCU actually can control how much power the car makes. Without the TCU tune, it keeps the expected torque in check and you can't go beyond a certain point without the TCU dialing things back. Stage 2 lets it all out! So when you go stage 2, you are paying for an ECU and TCU tune so it's about double the cost of just stage 1 IF you don't have stage 1. If you already have stage 1, stage 2 an additional $699 or 799 (I think) and the ECU tune upgrade comes free. Stage 2 is not readily available yet, need to be near JHM or myself here in Texas. You CAN flash stage 1 now by yourself with their cable though and stage 1 alone is definitely worth it as it makes the car better all around and makes about 25 wheel hp. Stage 2 doubles that and adds all the transmission tuning magic. Completely transforms the car. No exaggeration! We have a big group of RS5 owners on Audizine with a handful who have been running stage 2 on a regular basis so there's a good bit of feedback you can read about. It's about the same as the AWE Track in terms of drone and may be a hair louder, especially with the valves open (but definitely more ballsy!), as you approach redline and it's about as quiet as the AWE Touring when cruising on the highway thanks to the valving. It doesn't have any rasp which is really nice.

I have GT Haus, full system or cat back, then AWE, and then JHM. AWE takes away the valves, so I am disappointed in that one, but love the sound. GT Haus has that euro-exotic exhaust note, and JHM, you have the deeper, ballsy sound I like too. A technical question; why do you think Audi made the downpipes 2.5 inches when it restricts the exhaust? And what issues do I get by getting your downpipes? I really like the idea of keeping my cat-back stock. And after seeing your video, I am half and half. I like the price, but worried about downpipes after my TT. I had increased the size and had tons of sensor issues. How would yours be different? Also, I am in SW PA, are you near me?
I don't have one of just the downpipe/xpipe combo. I would avoid the ECS downpipe as it's smaller in diameter, does nothing to alleviate the restrictions of the stock downpipes and involves cutting. The crossover is too far back as well. Basically a waste of money but it is cheap. But send me an email, sales@redmistracing.com
@@muckman5509 The RS5 only has one set of cats which are integral to the exhaust headers. All one piece. The downpipes connect to the header/catalyst combo.

Catless downpipes & millteck exhaust. It feels so good for what it is but im looking into rs5 ir e92 m3. Its a hard choice theyr both so cool.

The BMW's seem to have quadruple the potential issues of the RS5 and the whole lower main bearing thing was a real turn-off. Real world, the RS5 will be quite a bit faster.
Yes, they're reliable for the most part. I've only had one issue myself and that occurred at 63,000 miles. Otherwise zero problems. Every car make/model can have issues. Just do your homework when you go to buy. Know the car's maintenance history and have an inspection done. It's critical alll the maintenance is done on time.

Is that with the X over Down pipes ?
Yes, the JHM system comes with downpipes and the mid pipe contains a crossover. So it's a complete cat-back system.
RS5 Fanatic the JHM system I’m thinking of has he X pipe at the down pipes where the secondary cats are . Did you not get this setup?

Reliability ? I am looking to get 13/14 plate rs5 just not sure if they reliable i have never owned audi before only few bms so not sure
Yes, they're reliable for the most part. I've only had one issue myself and that occurred at 63,000 miles. Otherwise zero problems. Every car make/model can have issues.
