This is some really cool stuff. Watching this from the Netherlands. Got here from London Real. But these things are so simple yet so vital. People should learn this in primary school!

This really helps me. Stairs in my house kill my knees sometimes after a hard workout. Never really thought about how I climbed them. So simple. Can't believe I didn't think about this. Thanks!

I've tried running like this down hill (on trails), and I've noticed that I put a lot of train on my ITB. I go through all the mobility drills beforehand, but still have discomfort. Any ideas?

So am I seeing this correctly, wider stance and an almost bowing of the knee when walking up/down stairs? I am asking b/c I recently started have knee issues after coming back from a hiking trip to the White Mountains in NH.

camping with hammocks Bowing is a decent way to put it. If you check out any of his videos on squat technique what he preaches is that you have to engage your butt in order to externally rotate the hips and get them locked int to help yourself be as stable as possible. Also just tracking your knee over you toe doesn't put your ankle into its best position and actually "pushing" your knee out a little bit puts your ankle joint in its most stable position. I hadn't thought of this one before either but it makes great sense along with his other ideas and really puts you in the best position all the time.

Hmm you actually dont always see that when people jump, many times with elite jumpers you see non vertical shins and knees way in.
