Dismissed in 2010. 2024 and people still remember I was accused of it. I uprooted my life and moved away just to get an actual chance to restart my life. Moved back to my hometown and it got thrown back in my face again. False accusations hurt. Unless its happened to you then you have no idea of the pain.

For allegations to receive the seriousness they deserve, false allegations need to be penalized harshly. And I'm not talking about allegations that don't end up meeting the burden of proof in a court of law of beyond a reasonable doubt. Or allegations that amount to she said/he said and are plausibly true. But allegations that turn out to be bald faced lies of the most heinous kind. If women want to be given the benefit of the doubt when making allegations of sexual assault or domestic violence of one kind or another, they need to be willing to take other women to task when they turn out to be liars.

2016 my sons mon accused me of rape I lost my job my home my car the right to see my son cops saw through it but "we can't prove she's lying" judge an order for protection she kept coming to my house I asked he to leave and I got arrested for violating an order for protection.
