If you are like me and suck at timing God of Wind 3 😅, you can turn off GoW2 from the skill upgrade menu. This allows you to get the perfect timing for GoW3 by just "mashing" triangle. Revel in that extra spicy ki damage. Awesome video BSG. Looking forward to spear!
Dope series bro… Love how you break everything down… I’m locked in my guy my final form is dual sword.. splitstaff tsukyomi omatsuyi i think it’s called It’s a depths tanky magic fountain…
I prefer Agility A (30.0% weight or lower) due to reduced ki consumption for both attacks and evasion. But Agility B is good too (70.0% or less). That gives you more survivability as well.
How do you pull off the near endless combos you do while also completely avoiding damage? When I try and practice and do the long combos you pull off I often end up losing chunks of my health bar.
That's kind of a deep question. It's a combination of a few things. I believe you're referring to 9:08 where I take on two opponents. I describe a bit what I'm doing here as to how I deal with my opponents. Most of my ability to stay so offensive, is knowing my weapon's recovery, as well as my opponents openings. Duals tend to have very quick attacks with low recovery, so I'm able to evade, strike and then evade again. Additionally, you can see points in the fight where I stop my offense and kind of assess the situation as to how I want to make my next approach. Above all, it's practice. :) Great question.
If you're referring to the attack buff, it's from an effect that I have. It's called "Increase Attack (Winded Enemy)" If you're referring to the free block buff, that's from doing a full ki pulse in mid stance.
I believe you are referring to what I did at 3:40? To answer your questions: 1 - In the samurai tree you'll notice that you have ki pulse buffs. The mid stance ki pulse buff gives you a free block (for most attacks) while the buff is running. When you see me block his axe swing, you'll notice it deals 0 ki damage but consumes the buff. 2 - The parry I used is called the Shrike. it's an R1 + Triangle skill in mid stance. It's incredibly useful against human opponents as it's active on frame 1 and has a 360° hit box. You can parry with it on attacks from behind, basically.
Because you haven't completed the related dojo mission. Spinning Dragon requires way of the warrior: veteran. If you haven't done that mission yet, you will not have access to skills that have that mission as their prerequisite. It will unlock after the mission: "Pervading Waters". Once you have completed that mission, you will unlock way of the warrior: veteran. Then you can unlock spinning dragon.
The axe and odachi both have higher damage outputs than the split staff. However, most of the skill damage is pretty balanced between the weapons. But, this is a video for another day. I'll get to it! :)
Late to the Nioh2 party but this helped me boost my dual sword game in just a few minutes.
I'm glad it helped! With a game this good, it's better late than never! Thanks for watching!
Perfect! Amazing video! Very well composed! Very good job!
Thank you my brother.

Thanks! i'm going to try and do the spear some serious justice! :D

Great video, keep up the good work :D
I’m new to the game… my first choice of weapons were the dual swords. I’m still trying to get the hang of the game though. Great vid!
Thank you. Hopefully, this gets you started and you're able to enjoy them as I have!
Fantastic guide, dude.
Thank you!
Awesome how to guide! 🙏
Thank you!
Great!
Great tutorial.
What is the name of the blue skin of the double katanas?
It's just a mod on nexusmods that makes them blue.
I will definitely play Katana or Dual Swords but I just CAN'T decide if I should go Light or Heavy Armor. Any suggestions?

Another fantastic video. I've set notification from your chanel, hope you could keep up the good work. Thank you so much.
Thank you for the encouragement! I'm working on spear next!

GOD OF WIND GOD OF WIND GOD OF WIND
Yeah. It's unfortunate that the weapon has such little variety to its moveset.
freaking hell, I wish killing opponents like you but just cant lol. Nice video!
Thank you! Like I said, keep practicing!
When I play dual swords I only use medium stance, gotta switch between them 😂
I would encourage it! Duals really get better when you switch stances and use all of their moveset.
At 3:29 where does that buff come from
