Thank you! I just bought my first rope (beaded) and am trying to adjust the length. Your videos have been helpful! I was following another channel and it was way too long. I am older and out of shape but loved jump roping as a kid. So, I will take it slow and also use the exercises you recommended to prepare my body for jumping again.
I began skipping rope in December 2021 Because before I was unemployed so I was going to the gym a lot and I was going out for long distance running 🏃 I used to be a runner 🏃 I didn’t have any struggles with skipping rope at all I’ve never made any mistakes ❤ And I think the reason for that was because my body was already physically conditioned I was training since I was 16 years old Now I am 24 years old and I am an advanced jump roper Thank you tori you are an inspiration in my life ❤
Thanks a lot tori! You answered my question also, appreciated. My only question is now, what is good jump rope footwork that will translate good for boxing athletes? My main interest is boxing so I wanted to know, how I can use jump rope to make my feet better at moving.

Hi Tori. I would like to add Thai subtitles in your videos and make them understandable for people in my country, if you don't mind. Is it possible for you to turn on community contributions?
It's hilarious when you go back to the fundamentals only to learn you're making every single one of these mistakes. Thanks for the refresher!

Hi! I have the subtitles turned on, there must be something I am missing still? It’s not working for you?
You are a very jumpy person perhaps after shooting this video all the fish jumped out of the water and jumped to jump in the forest🤭
