Edit: It doesn't matter if it's SS1 or SS2. It's still nothing compared to Blue or SS4.
I remember in one DBZ game, Future Gohan also able to reach Ultimate after he died. I'm not sure if they bring that idea in Heroes (still didn't watch everything), but it's a bit of shame if they didn't.
