@@d4r4m53 nah, broly wasnt in control in this fight and gogeta had ti tussle properly and was seen taking damage, but broly was unfazed despite not being in control, the vegitos were also unfazed in their battle and blue just had to swing broly out. Theres a clear different

Canon is a western idea stemming from relgious scriptures (e.g. canonical to the biblical story). Everything officially published (non fanfic) exists as true dragon ball media. The debate about the different continuities such as Z to GT and Kai to Super just exists in different timelines/multiverses. It has absolutely nothing to do with "but toriyama made this, toriyama did not make this" bs. Toriyama passed away and can not "bless" new material any more. Does that mean no more canonical dragon ball stories can exist? Obviously not. So it's either official or fanfic. There is no such thing as canon.
