I am humbled by an offer on working on your cameras - thank you. However I do camcorder/electronics repairs for fun rather than as a paid job. Also shipping costs from/to USA + parts are probably likely to make this repair more expensive than camcorder market value. Older Sony viewfinders have usual capacitors failure (rather rare 82uF value) - can be quickly and simply done by any hobbyst or electronic workshop.
