Good job... Mine has issues with volume I can hear through the head phones but not without. Roberts said to keep headphone plugged in for 30 mins as it maybe due to dust and may restart normal volume play. There is a symbol on the screen looks like crossed off...Any thoughts and where are you based?? Many thanks
I am not aware of any known frequent problems with the radio. It is always difficult to advise without seeing the issue first hand. It could be something simple like damaged headphone socket making the radio think they are plugged in even if they are not (headphone plug lifts little tab in the socket and that way disconnects signal from going into the speakers, sometimes this tab breaks or bends causing permanent loss of audio via speakers). It could be something more complex like fault in the circuit driving the speakers. Unlikely software issue, but I am not sure about the 'crossed off' symbol. I do not have ColourStream anymore to do any tests with headphones and manual does not mention any on-screen notifications with headphones plugged...
