She is the Head Chef at the Wanmin Restaurant and runs it alongside her father Chef Mao. As a chef, Xiangling isn't afraid to try out different recipes or "exotic" ingredients, making her dishes sometimes quite unique.

Yeah, if one doesn't have her or need her higher that can be a reason to pull, she should be considered 5 star. Arlecchino? We have Yoimiya, Diluc, Hu Tao. Had she used a sword she would've been at least different somehow.

We all knew Chevreuse would either be in the Arlecchino banner or Clorinde banner. She isn't here, so I think we can infer Clorinde will probably work better with Chevreuse than Arlecchino. I just want my overload meta!

I wish chevreuse was there instead of xiangling, already have her at C6 and other 4 stars are mid at best or worst in terms of gameplay. Not many people have chevreuse, she could be useful with arlecchino, fischl, Bennett as a most dmg output team.

Yeah, the leak I saw yesterday had Chevreuse instead. I don't have enough primos to guarantee a 5 star so this banner is very unappealing now. I have all the 4 stars and either don't want or don't need their cons.

Chevreuse was never going to be re-run. She literally just came out. Quick 4 star re-runs only happened in the earlier days, due to the limited number of units.
Xianling just put on the banner to remind you who remains the strongest pyro polearm.

I’m sure most people have c6 xiangling already, but in my case my C6 is Lynette. Hopefully my Lynette luck from 4.0 can be passed onto everyone else and I can get some of that Xiangling luck (she’s C4 currently)
If it makes you feel any better c5 and c6 are not rly anything special for xiangling, her c4 is her best constellation. C5 is guoba buff and c6 is pyro buff but ONLY to other characters in team, it does NOT apply to xiangling. So while it can help in mono pyro teams, don’t be too bummed if u don’t get her c6, u have her best cons already 😊

@@tinocabral4201if Xiangling sends out Guoba after her C6 Pyronado, he will get the boost. The boost doesn’t apply to the Burst itself. Besides Guoba, it can boost Xiangling with C6 Bennett.

My guess is that Chevreuse will be on Clorinde’s banner now
asking: What if I skip on her and go instead to Pyro Archon somewhere on the 5.2 patch? is a good option for the account? Because I only have f2p primo saving left, I am not a spender type of player on Genshin games.
I agree on the not being able to target 4 stars. I used about 170-180 wishes and got no Xingqiu at all. But I got 10 Yanfei and 4 Barbara. Somehow I got both Nevu and Kazuha but I was not able to get a single Xingiu.
I was excited to see Xingqiu on Kazuha's banner. Got Kazuha first. Did a few pulls on Neuvilette's banner (~110 wishes across both banners) and only got a single Xingqiu.
C5 Barbara is now my highest constellation character, excluding the traveler. New player, so no C6 4-stars yet.
Dude wtf literally the same as me but instead of 4 Bab I got 2x Xingqui and 2x Bab. I wonder if these are fixed. The fact Xingqui was the best 4* I wonder if drop rate is low. On previous banner I got a c1 Sucrose on nearly 200 wishes (was hoping c6) but i got c6 Candace I was genuinely like wtf man?!?
I got c6 xingqiu from kazuha’s banner. I also got c0 yanfei and c2 Barbara. I hope you get some of my xingqiu luck, he loves me yet his damage is weak since he isn’t built.

Got c6 Chevy pretty fast last time so I’m glad I can get my xiangling to c6. I’m probably the only one happy about xiangling over bennet and Chevy.
I really hoped for Chevy as mine is only C0. But she will probably be on Clorinde's banner, who I will be probably pulling for as well.
I am actually happy with the 4*s on the Arelcchino banner. Since I already have a fully built C6 Xiangling this is the perfect opportunity to get more Cs for Freminet (C3, current main) and Lynnette (C2), who is already built so she will only get better.

I'd say the fact the weapon banner has the new HP Fontaine weapons makes it more appealing for people who already have Favonius or Sacrificial. My Layla really needs an HP sword for her shield to be good.

12:31 it's not just nilou. If you play Layla or kirara pure shield cuz you have to it's great. Well, it's the only hp scaling four star sword so anywhere that's applicable
But not only that. This weapon, especially at R5 is amazing for vape furina.
You try to funnel her in such teams so ERR goes down so we take the HP substat. Then we get 80 em and 12 energy back from the passive

Been playing for a year and a half, got c4 XL only this month from standard. And that’s considering I specifically wished for her on ayato banner (only 1 Xl in 70 wishes). Wishing for specific 4* cons is a scam. But hey, her being on arlecchino banner is a blessing for new players. Good luck❤

About the artifact set. I compared my set to the new set in an optimizer designed for the beta. Using the same stats I was getting a 46.3% damage increase. She wants 3k atk, so dmg% increases are massively valuable for her. Also, her total damage will be higher than 46% because the new set will affect her skill, CA, and Burst (when you use it) whereas Glad is ONLY on the Normals.
Frankly, 2pc atk and 2pc EM was often beating out my Glad set in Vape teams, and I should note I have very good Gladiator pieces. Been playing every day since 1.2.

Farming new artifact never been a hassle but Navia’s artifact gave me a PTSD. I still haven’t good a good set since her release.
Also question: not w that we have many Pyro characters who needs shields (Hu Tao, Arle, Lyney) which one is a better shielder: Tankfei or Thoma?
I actually kind of love Navia’s domain just to fight in it, but yeahhhh I’m just proud to have gotten her to roughly 65CR/130CD so far 😂

For which of those characters are you asking? If you just want a strong shield and got C4 go with Tankfei, with Prototype Amber she also provices some healing which can be helpful with MH 4pc.
If you also want some offfield pyro application Thoma can be a better choice, but due to how his shield stacking works you want a normal attacking character to be on field asap to actually stack it to its maximum value. So for Lyney Thoma doesn't really work well. And Hu tao, especially @C1, will also be much less fond of him as the teams shielder.
Father on the other hand should work ok with an HP stacked Thoma as long as you correctly stack the shield.
I got that from Emblem.. still got not a single CV circled that is even mid... my best has 13% CritD and 12.5% ER ... and I've spent like at least 6 month worth of resin there :-X RNG is just a *itch.
Luckily I have some good gladiator pieces, that should be enough

PSA Arlecchino got a buff after the beta ended. She now has higher IR at C0 and at C2 she gains another 20% RES to all damage types. This is on top of her 20% RES passive so she's way tankier at C2 now.

'You can run Freminet as a pretty good hyperbloom driver'. Man is a cryo character with a kit focused on the shatter reaction. What haha
I'm at zero pity, so I may drop a few ten-pulls to get Lynette and Freminet constellations. They need some investment to be worth using.
Dragon's Bane is good if you have nothing better for Hu Tao (it looks great on her), but I would wait for the next Chronicled Wish featuring the Liyue characters. Hu Tao and her weapon are more than likely going to be on it. Much better investment for your primos.

Without any bias and from a practical standpoint, is Arlecchino F2P Friendly? At least from what have been revealed so far.

As already mentioned by @phoenixlau the White Tassel will be her best F2P option.
If you're a light spender and get the BP from time to time Deathmatch and Ballad of the Fjords can be better options. But purely F2P the 3* White Tassel is the best option.
If you've got no White Tassel but didn't explore the (new) Liyue area including Chasm then look out for them from exquisite chests and better ones as they can only be aquired from Liyue chests.
White tassel or red cliff and gladiator, if you happen to have jade spear that's her second best option
Next patch is going to be crazy jeez.
Clorinde sigewinne sethos and likely furina rerun
Xiangling, good for Lyney mains and perhaps Arlecchino mains. Too bad I'm skipping and saving this banner for Furina rerun. Looks like my C2 XL will collect more dust in the meantime.

I'm so scared because I'm F2P and I really want a 5 star pyro DPS (yes I know i can use Xiangling but I prefer her support) and Natlan is right around the corner so it's like guaranteed to have a 5 star DPS right but what if it takes over a year to get a good one... or if they all have a niche a F2P can't always fill (like c6 faruzan+anemo DPS) like do I pull or not RAHHHH-
Dang it! I was hoping for Chevreuse to be the third 4star character. So i could C6 my Chevreuse + get some Lynette constellations
I thought that what they was going to do because Lynette is Lyney’s Twin Sister, Freminet is Arlecchino’s Son & I thought they was going to do Chevreuse because She is a Overload Support Buffer and Hoyo said Arlecchino was going to be a DPS driver for Overload Reactions.
I’m not going to pull on this banner just for Lynette because she is perfect as is at C0. Chevreuse is too but I wanted to make Chevreuse one of the most powerful supports i could possibly have with Navia being in second place at C0 when her re-run comes around.
Should I go for this weapon banner knowing that I have a guaranteed limited weapon but I also have staff of homa?(I really want Lyney's bow honestly,but I'm still hesitant because staff of homa is kind of just..sitting there)
It’s always going to be a risk going for the weapon banner. I guess it depends on what you have in your inventory. Do you have a good alt 5star bow for Lyney or even the BP bow that is charge attack focused and his best 4star?
Homa is only 10% less damage than Arlecchino's signature. If you're not bothered by the fact it doesn't turn into a scythe, I'd say stick to Homa. That's what I'll do with my unused homa. I would have pulled on this weapon banner only if I had ganyu or tighnari (which I don't, sadly)

@@tartaglia7338 Totally get it!! I think it’s up to you and how much you want to invest on the chance you might lose twice before getting a guarantee for his bow.
If you don’t want to invest THAT many wishes for an upgrade since you already have Staff of Homa and don’t want more polearms, I’d recommend going for the Battlepass weapon! It’s a very good one for Scion of the Scorching Sun is Lyney’s best 4 star weapon so it will be an upgrade even though it’s not a 5 star upgrade. Plus it’s only a $10 investment to get the BP. It’s not F2P but it’s not a full $100-200 down the drain chasing after his signature (if you are empty on wishes) 😅
You can also save for Aqua Simulacra or Hunter’s Path when they return to the Chronicled wish banner bc that would be less wishes needed before guaranteed. Both would serve him well as 5 star bows! You just might risk getting another Staff of Homa.
I really want some Xiangling cons but I'm guaranteed and I don't want to take the risk. I'll wait for Navia.

I'm so sad the Fontaine greatsword [gacha, the one wee see here] doesn't work with Freminet, it looks so good on him.

That's a typical Genshin AI thing. Furina's dps pets do the same.
Question: I'm new to the game about 1 week and some days in and I was lucky to get Nuevi as my first 5 star and he's amazing but 1 problem. Hydro slimes and hydro mages. So who would be better to get as a new f2p player to torture said creatures, Arlecchino or Lyney?
Do you prefer bow characters or meele characters? Because that's really the only difference between them.
You could use Keaya and/or Lisa. They're both are free characters, but still incredible. Keaya is cryo and Lisa is electro, so both can also easily damage hydro slimes and hydro mages. Plus they can each spark reactions with Neuvilette as they have off field abilities. Up to you in the end though
Get your free Xiangling from low level Abyss or pull her on this banner and she'll be easier to use than either of these two main dps for a while. But if you really want to know between Lyney and Arlecchino, the fatui will die easier but do left-click damage easier, while the magician will do harder charge-shot and get staggered doing less damage until he, also, dies. 🙂
Thanks all for the advice. I think I'll go lyney if I'm lucky enough because I really do not have a shielder and I don't have good enough sets yet so outside of Nuevi taking hits genuinely is not an option at the moment.
@@Sky_901 Alrecchino is not bad without a shielder at all, you can use her with xingqiu if you have him and she won't get knocked back
How crazy would it be if killing natlan enemies heals you when you have BOL making Arlechino's kit seem like it makes more sense?
I actually dont mind xiangling being on the banner instead of Chevrolet, I really needed some xiangling cons
