@@mylesrv ... Wow, I never expected a reply! My fiancé and I have been watching you since August 2021 and we love your videos! Also, congratulations on your wedding!
Just wanted to get clarification on the backsplash in these. Have they gone to the white only backsplash? And did away with the backsplash with some color?
Nice job with the video Myles. We have a 2023 3123RL Legacy w/ Cobalt paint, generator, 400i solar, and two lithium batteries on order from a local dealer here in Central Oregon. It's supposed to hit the factory floor in January. This was a very good overview on some of the details we'll see in the 2023. Very much appreciated. Just a comment for future videos, you pointed out the inverter as the surge suppressor. The SS is over on the right side next to the InCommand system. Also I've seen some Keystone documentation that says in addition to going to a 16 gallon water heater as you pointed out, they also upgraded the furnace to 40K BTU. Good selling point there! Thanks for your efforts on the videos. You have a talent for it.
Liked the '22 control center better, why have the touch screen behind a door but the switches are exposed to the entire view in the main living space. Will miss the spice drawer above the microwave, was really cute and the screen defender used to be a major plus. Really like the new color of the plumbing fixtures.
That’s part of the legacy package. That’s not a 2023 change. Any Montana ordered with a Legacy package comes with the touch screen in-command system. Any ordered without it will come with manual switches.
Nice video! I love the sliders at the pantry for a great look, but the mass of control switches looks messy on that wall to the right of it. One big miss is the lack of bed side nightstand shelves. The upper shelves are too high. We have a 2018 Montana 3560-RL Legacy with full body paint, and we love it. I am looking for a way to add an easy dependable WIFI system, maybe solar, and upgraded batteries, as back in 2018 we only got one standard RV battery. We just missed the 2017 model Montana with the outside kitchen, which we wish we had. The high cost of upgrading to add solar & WIFI keeps me looking at the new models. Thanks for your effort. One note, edit well prior to airing your videos.
Please take this as kind, constructive criticism. We watch dozens of this type of video every week and yours are by far the longest. That may be why people are not making it to the end. I know we fast forward through much of it. Yours tend to be a combination of an overview of the RV and an instructional video on certain components of the RV, making it a long video. Maybe keeping them to around 20 minutes would help. For this rig in particular, I’m wondering why they did’t put all of those switches into the cabinet around the corner instead of where they placed them on the wall next to the pantry. Looks messy when the cabinet has only one small controller in it. Love the light colors and large pantry.
I appreciate the comment! However, I decided years ago (as I am in a sales position) that I am going to try to answer as many questions as I can in my videos that I typically get asked by customers that come to look at RVs in person. I don’t make them long just for the sake of making a long video, and I don’t expect most people to watch them through entirely. However, it saves me a significant amount of time when talking to customers in person as usually most of their questions have already been answered through watching the videos which is my main goal. And I want to add more information in than the average person making videos of RVs. If I do it the same as everyone else, how am I making myself any different? You know what I mean?
What a change for 2023 ! All those BLACK control on a small surface of a white wall, what else to say about to put to much emphasis on BLACK on so many things like those black ventilation and is parts on the ceiling, on the faucets to name only those thing in black and what about you make a scratch with your alliance or something else on these objets and you will immediately see mark jump out at your eyes anyway this fashion black won' last long and after a while owners will find it ugly / and what about the sink in the toilet they are so high that the children need a bench to reach them to clean their hands / I also find the basket above the lights on each side of the head bord very ugly to, for this they had to lower the window ( who look smaller or they made it smaller ) to put those basket there for my point of view they should find another place to put it because this panier can be practical. This is only my opinion.
For a luxury F/Wheel it is ugly to put it like every where in a small part of a wall and worst of it , it's in black to be sure that you won't mist it / any way all those black frame around the shower window, all those faucets etc. won't last long for some it is just a fashion for other it' ugly (black on white at least if it was black on grey) and make a scratch with your alliance or others think on these objets and you will immediately see mark that will jump up your eyes and what about the toilet sink for kids they need a bench to wash their hands. ( What a big change for 2023 ).

@10:06 Is one of the lights strips above the TV at the ceiling out, or does it not have one?
It’s out. I believe the adhesive holding the led light just came loose and we need to just get it re-adhered.
I’m just noticing this and I’ve been looking at options of RVs for a few weeks!! Nice!!!!!
What about the OSB floors, and their pinch rolled side walls 😢😢😢😢
The dynaspan 1 piece flooring they use is marine grade and comes with a 25yr warranty. And yes they use a pinch rolled sidewall.
I'm absolutely OBSESSED with everything about the kitchen! I LOVEEE this RV's layout! Great job, Miles!
Glad you like it as much as I do!

I believe he is referring to the switches being in view. IMO those should be moved to where the touchscreen is so that the door hides them.
Don’t like lack of coffee bar witch hutch over it. I think they left it in the High Country version. A definite deal breaker for us.
With regards to the residential refrigerator., and being 120v. In boon docking, is the solar system and batteries enough to run the refrigerator?
Yes it is
A shout out I like your videos more then anyones. Because of them we will come talk to you before we buy.
I really like this guy!! I could live in it! I’m a crafter, so I’d have to get creative on where to store my craft supplies, but it could work!
You could turn the dead space under the goose neck into a storage shed. If you plan on being stationary.
I like the pantry! I will be in mine 6 mo a year so that pantry would be good.

Forgot to make the cuts on this video. It’s ok we love ya, Miles.
Yeah, whoops! It’s being cut out but it take a while for UA-cam to process the changes.
awesome !
I like the cover for the sink. I have a boat now. Counter space in both is limited even in a 50 ft boat. We know the RV for a time is in the future.
