@@hirenjain the fact that it'll take forever to get your PR makes US a terrible option to invest in. You have a much better chance of getting accepted in Canada and eventually be a citizen there.
Not sure how I landed on this video. But it’s great to see that there are so many resources available to kids these days. I came to US for my masters in 1997. And I used to write letters to professors (email was not easily available in India back then). If you are planning to live in either of the 2 countries long term then there is no competition between US and Canada. US is unmatched as far as opportunities are concerned. Me and most of my friends from college are multi millionaires earning really well. Some of my friends who chose Canada are doing well, but there is absolutely no comparison. There is. a reason why getting a GC takes 10-15 years vs 2-3 years for Canada. Back in the day I had applied and for Canadian PR which at the time we could get in 6-8 months... The opportunities were just not there. So think long term beyond your education. God bless!
Well every generation has its own set of challenges. Back then, there was no lottery and you could apply to H1 anytime and get it because the quota was never exhausted. The challenge was to find a company that was willing to file H1 for you as most companies were not even aware of it. So you were more or less forced to file through desi consulting companies that used pay peanuts and you were stuck with them for years. The GC used to take 4-5 years but then you could only extend H1 once and if you did not get your GC within 6 years, you had to go back to India. If you changed employers there was no provision to capture priority date so your clock began all over. There was no PERM filing so you could be stuck in labor for years. There have been many positive changes over the years but then there has been a huge increase in the number of kids coming from India.

Do MBA in Canada and become a waiter, then what's the whole point of even going there? too much money to handle so you go in the University and spend it?

Hi Harnoor, That was a fantastic video! Much love and suport to you. I see you're pretty active on replying to comments and queries people have, so I am giving it a shot here, hope you'd notice it and probably help me with few quick questions- 1. I'm a History major (bachelor in History from Delhi University). I am not proud of this degree. I am a humanities student and maths is alien to me. However I plan to switch my career path to an MBA now. Do you think I have a chance in the US for an MBA? Or am I'm being a bit too greedy if I ask for the top 30 ivy's...? 2. I have nobody in the US to call family. Pretty scared of the H1V thing you guys mentioned. 3. Do you think it's a good idea for a person like me to even consider USA for an MBA. (MY field would be Supply Chain, Operations, HR). 4. I'm come from a middle class family and I'm hardcore vegan. (If that affects something) 5. If it's a green light for the above, could you please tell me some good cities/states where internships in those hotels and restaurants are available easily. Because unlike you, I won't get desk jobs anyway. 6. Last point, so after completing my degree, would I have to go back to India if I don't make it to any jobs there? Or can I work as full time driver or something till the time I land a proper job? (This one is a big monster) Those were few doubts I had. If it's not a lot of trouble kindly write me out. Thanks for the video!
Canada is way easier to get PR. USA is better if you are born in Canada. If you are born in India it takes longer because only 7% of applications are accepted from one country. Not many Canadians are applying for u.s. citizenship. But usa has lots of paths if you have money best path is eb5 which is the path I'm planning on taking with my business. Usa is definitely better than Canada but for Indians who just want quick easy pr rather than suffer trying to get a greencard I don't think usa is worth it. Maybe get Canadain citizenship first and usis might not worry about your birth country as much.
Guess Canada is far better for a secure and a good life . What's the use of getting high salaries , if ultimately you can be thrown out anytime from the country

Singh... TOP Canadian universities, cost almost the SAME as the other ones in the same province. Ots a regulated tuition fee, because they are ALL subsidized. At least for Canadians. McGill, is actually cheaper than Laval for us. But YES, it's 29K$CDN for foreign students. at McGill Although if you compare it to the same level US university (Ivy league universities ONLY give you an edge in the USA. I have a buddy with an Economics degree from OXFORD, who now lives in Montreal and he won't get hired there or in Toronto because he lacks Canadian experience) ... It's WAY cheaper. ALL OVER THE WORLD' McGill is recognized. So even though Americans downplay it. It's just as worthy as the top ones there and it's ranked in the top 20-30 Unis in the world year after year... . ANd it's usually compared to Columbia by nitpickers. That means 30,000$USD per SEMESTER, for foreign students... OVER twice the rice of McGill. !!!

World class universities like Chalmers, Gothenburg, Lund University, linköping university and many more. Less tuition fees for international students. If you move with spouse they can work from beginning, Easy to get PR, Easy to get job after studies, Free healthcare, Free child education till university, 485 days parental leave from government and many more benefits. Hi Harnoor,
That was a fantastic video! Much love and suport to you.
I see you're pretty active on replying to comments and queries people have, so I am giving it a shot here, hope you'd notice it and probably help me with few quick questions-
(If that affects something)
(This one is a big monster)
Those were few doubts I had. If it's not a lot of trouble kindly write me out. Thanks for the video!
2 minutes mere jane ka plan badal diya halat badal diye...oooo bhai maro mujhe maro

McGill is located in Montreal, Quebec. In Montreal, many jobs require French. It could affect your chance of getting a job.

i think there is a glitch in the video I can't hear said about Canadian min wage or like that
