I know a lot of Sri Lankan students who did Masters in IT and Computer science at UFT in the 90's, UFT was not that difficult to get the admission. They are all doing well now in Canada and the US.

You guys are very lucky in India because you have colleges in every corner of India. But in Sri Lanka, that is not the case. We have only two IT / Engineering Universities that are very difficult to enter and those Universities are highly recognized by Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard and MIT. If you could not enter either of these two Universities, you cannot become an IT/Engineering graduate and you have to look for an other job..
Your level of videos has changed drastically.
You should now focus on Europe also.
If it keeps going at this rate ... and globalization occurs after corona Canada will develop more and rapidly evolve. Toronto will be a tech and finance hub. It might overtake nyc , Boston, sfo etc.

In overall canada academic wise uoft is better but waterloo have better co op opportunities than uoft which is the only better thing of uwaterloo

Shri that’s BS. for CS, Waterloo is super well known and has an amazing reputation. In Silicon Valley, UWaterloo would be more recognisable than even UofT. You’re clearly influenced by the World Rankings.

Please don't waste your money by doing a Masters. In Canada/US, nobody cares how much higher degree you have. I wasted my $35000, 12 years ago. I did my master, I find it useless to do. People with grade 12 can be your coworkers and making the same or more money.
Absolutely correct! Master's doesn't have much value in today's world. For a measly 10-20k USD raise in your fresher salary, studying for about 1-2 years is not recommended. Let's take the example of two graduates. One of 'em goes to pursue a Master's, and the other one joins a tech company. After 2 years, the person with only Bachelor's would be earning more coz he has more experience (which matters the most) than the one with a Master's.

There was this guy named Shri, who claimed in a comment that he got accepted into UofT CS. When someone mentioned that Waterloo is better for CS, he replied to him and everyone who backed that statement in a very rude way by calling 'em fools. I gave him the proof that Waterloo students are more recognized in the US, and he replied with such low-level words like dumb, stupid, and idiot continuously. The only phrase he spoke correctly was "get a life dude." His English vocabulary was so bad, and I asked him if he really cleared IELTS with such a poor vocabulary. He then started deleting all his comments. He also deleted the comment in which he claimed that he got into UofT. Bro, when someone tells that they got into XYZ uni, ask 'em about their application to check if their claims are really true. He was probably a class 11 or class 12 kid who aspires to get into UofT with such low-level English and superiority complex. He didn't even know what Dunning-Kruger effect was, can you imagine?

Desautels is pretty well known in the Wall Street area, so definitely a good choice. But try for Ivey and others as well!
Americans call it "the Harvard of Canada". McGill's alumni have lots of connections all over the world. If you want to work in the Wall St. or the Square Mile, you'll definitely have an advantage over others.

Growth doesn't come with masters, it comes with the time you spend. In India peace of paper has value but not in north america. In Western countries nobody is Sahib. Everyone is a servant working for the company with its own different roles and job duties. Rest up to you.

Yes, you can definitely opt Computer science as a degree for masters. Few colleges do allow, but without undergraduate knowledge in computer science, you need to cope with the syllabus. Better if you go for masters in mechanical field because you already have proper knowledge about this. Visit globaltree.in/ for more information..
