Where are you moving from? Sometimes you’ll catch a clean grill for a steal of a price on apps like Facebook market place, offerup and craigslist. I’ve seen new kettles go up from people who get them as gifts but aren’t interested in grilling so they sell it. Figured I’d help put ur foot in the door of Weber’s if u haven’t bought one yet

Just bought my first home and got my first basic 22 inch Weber kettle about a month ago and after cooking/smoking on it a just few times I became obsessed and started looking up vintage models...and that's how I got here and WOW! Such goals! Amazing collection!
I just let my brinkman go because the fire box burned out and I couldn't find a replacement after the company went belly up. Put some 1/4 inch steel tuning plates in that bad boy many years prior and it provided some of the best bbq you can imagine. My upgrade was to a 30" cabinet LSG that I had no business purchasing. . . but hey, just saying, with the proper mods don't sleep on that brinkman. Kettle tour was awesome. Thanks!

Jason Hensley I hear ya, I’ve always got my B&B at Ace hardware but now they’re out of stock & I doubt they will get any soon..now I use Weber briquettes & have to admit they’re pretty good as well.
Dude get you a Weber Smokey Mtn, 22in, & throw away the water pan. Run it just like the pit barrel or gateway drum & you will get that beautiful flavor. Do a taste test & video it. Like the kettles, I find the WSM versatile and you can accessorize the heck out of it. In fact, get the Gateway rib hanger so you can hang meat in the WSM. I’ve even used wood splits in it.
