Bcz key is private this key(u can choose any key to encrypt & secure the data) is made for only access by sender and receiver so in this case only both they know the key to access it and it can't be described by the outer person

1:38 key is not 4 it just D and Vigenere Cipher works exact same.
dont use D to encrypt whole thing use different key every letter
