I don't know if you read the comments but i just want to thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience. I have listened to many mindbody coaches and you stand out as having tremendous incite into the various aspects involved in this process. I am looking forward to listening to more of your content.
Thank you so much for sharing all this. It is very helpful and supporting. I'm in my 16th month of LongCovid and the mind body approach was the missing link. You explain it very well, thank you sincerly. Greetings from Germany
You're not alone in this. I do it & I'm sure others do too. At some point we have to know when enough is enough & consistently implement what we've learned to see what works for us
Thank you Lucy for more helpful information!! I feel like I deal with all of the cycles. I was some what aware of them but it was really helpful for you to list them and explain them. Being more aware of what fear I am feeling will help me deal with them much better. Lack of control, dependent on others you can't trust, and urgency are my top three. I appreciate you sharing this important information with all of us. ❤😊
Yes please do a video on how to feel more in control and how to feel safe & be okay with being dependent on others while you recover. You spoke about how you needed to shift from being fearful of dependent on others to comfortable depending on others. How did you do this?
Thanks Lucy, lots of great advice here! Do you have a video or tips about understanding the paradox of getting out of the head/into the body while not becoming hyper vigilant about the pain and ‘negative’ symptoms in the body?
Hello, what are your thoughts on PEM? I do well with the mind body approach but worry that doing activity during PEM will damage me. Thanks for the video.
The video chapter “Trying to Feel Safe Despite Uncertainty” starting at 16:55 appears to be very applicable to your particular PEM situation. The last 5 chapters, which include this and the Summary also offer good suggestions.
@@andrewstrakele6815That was very kind of you to respond to the question with such detail. I only just found this channel but this coach has fantastic incite and seems very genuine

Great video thanks. Lack of control and lack of trust really resonated with me. Feeling like a victim has been a big one too
