During my reno I changed over to LVT throughout the entire house, and I upgraded to the wide planks. I previously had narrow planks and the wide planks made such a powerful difference. Best decision ever!

Jenee is like I'm not cooking, I'm not having any kids and I'm not buying any investment property. Lol I love that for you! Gorgeous home! Definitely my taste. Black, white, wood and gold accents. LOVE. Can't wait to see the finished abode.

I am a big fan of light fixtures that are sculptural pieces too. It really makes a space.
The sculptural lighting, the wood textures, the chef kitchen that someone will cook in 😂, the staircase !! Its all a mood. I love the attention to detail...The whole home is a photography studio, very sexy and beautiful. Looking forward to seeing all the magic you and Josh create here.
Your home will be like staying in a 5⭐️ hotel! Sheesh, everything seems to be coming together, so beautiful and organized and very thought out! I absolutely love it! Congrats on yours and Josh new home! ❤❤

Inspirational... I imagine the pair of you going through the house as kids and I can only imagine how the childhood version of yourselves are feeling with such a big accomplishment. Your home looks so grand and luxurious even in the blueprint of it.
Jenae this might be too late to suggest but in the mudroom Ask for drawers in the cubbies because you will not want the frustration of keeping it in order in an openness! pull out drawers with nice hardware or just tap open soft closed but definitely drawers is the best option below in the cubbies cabinets
