Really appreciate the way ford with a n/a engine can go as fast as a biturbo with more hp. For sure the weight of the c63 helps, but it's still a very good result

Well, the c63s is overall a better car but considering we are comparing a 50k (europe) car vs a 100k (€) and a N/A vs a Biturbo the Mustang wins all day long. Also sound is far way better.

@@rob0600 c63s has the better sound and build quality but regarding best bang for the buck the GT is better. You get way more for the money, the c63s is no joke 3x more expensive where I’m at. You can have 3 GTs for 1 C63S

In UK '18 Mustamg cost 45k pounds OTR with few extras its easy 50k for the Mustang, for the same price I think I would rather to have either M2 or RS3. Just a idea to throw out there.

Having owned both, I can say in the same performance categoru, a merc is always better built and has the upper hand in engineering, but the Mustang is raw, unbridled passion. A merc will cost almost double than a Mustang for being a couple of tenths faster. So, is a Merc a better car? Ofcourse, but is it better value? Hmmmm....

I mean you could just tune the c63 also and get +80 to 100hp extra. The mustang is naturally aspirated so you might only gain 50hp at best
@@chochoize The C63 comes in at about 80.000, the Mustang at 50.000 - for 30k, I can build a hell of a mustang with turbo or supercharger kit and its absolutely going to smoke the C63 at the same money spent

for all of You that choose Mercedes ( I a m not saying its worse ) would you rather take 2x mustangs or 1 mercedes:) that is the price difference +/- full equiped ( maybe not in NL with th etaxes but in the rest of the EU )

I’m Canada a Gt starts at 32,200 and 63s starts at 86,600. 3x price jump. A GT is the cheapest V8 sport car out there rn, good bang for the buck but cheaper build quality to compensate

Even though I had the chance to drive the C63 S (sedan), I think I'd probably go for the Ford, because Muscle Car spirit...powerful engine in an affordable package. And N/A V8 screaming past 7,000 rpm is another bonus.
The GT is def best bang for the buck new V8 out there. But to take the gt over the c63s is stupid unless your factoring in the price then yes. The c63s is 3x more expensive new than a GT where I’m at

The C63s might have a better build quality and interior If your into some luxury in a car but Ford did very well for a car 1/3 the cost
@@multiblade04 The C63 may have better build quality and interior compared to the GT, but one thing that really got me disappointed (not just with the C63 but nearly all current Mercedes products) is that compared with older products, there's a noticeable decrease of quality in terms of build and materials.
They're no longer built to last as before, and that's quite a thumbs down to me. :/
But then again, every manufacturer does this nowadays.
@@Roddy_Zeh ah, I have 2 C63. One with 100,000 miles/160,000km and one with 190,000miles/294,000km. They have been very reliable very stout motors and trans. Only repair I’ve done in 7 years was engine mounts. Makes sense cause it’s a heavy 6.3L placed on smallish engine mounts. Everything else was fluid changes brakes and tires.
You can add a Ford Fiesta to the mustang I’ll still take the C63s

Das ist 5 Liter Sauger Power! 💪Sogar ein Wimpernschlag schneller auf 100 gewesen obwohl der Benz ein BiTurbo ist und 60! ich wiederhole 60 PS mehr hat!! Obenrum ist auch nicht viel unterschied nur ~10kmh. Der Mercedes hat den besseren Innenraum... ja. Aber ganz klar hat für mich der Mustang gewonnen. Die Preis/Leistung entscheidet leider.
@Charlie M. Fahre auch ein Automatik. 2017er Model. Die 10Gang gefällt mir auch nicht. Ich mag es wenn größere Sprünge zwischen den Gängen sind.. Das hört sich einfach besser an. Manchmal wünschte ich mir aber auch das ich ein Handschalter hätte.. Aber bin schon zufrieden. Bissi was kann man ja machen mit Software.
An Hand der ESP Lampe sieht man, dass der Wagen bis 100 dauerhaft drosselt. 700nm sind halt eine andere Welt. Für den Privatmann ist der Ford das bessere Angebot, Da bezahlbar. Beim Benz bist du schnell 100k los

@Charlie M. Ne habe noch nichts geändert an der AGA. Wahrscheinlich wird es eine Ford Performance Touring by Borla. Will es nicht zu laut aber doch kraftvoll und blubbernd. Ist mein Alltagsauto. Habe den seit September 17 und bin bis heute 16500km gefahren. Bis jetzt habe ich nur den Roush Cold Air Intake verbaut.
