@@cynthiakeyes7197 Oh Cindy! My sincerest apologies as I meant to reply to your other comment to me re stationary bike etc. I certainly didn't mean to ignore you! Yes I'm still doing the stationary bike roughly every other day for around 60 to 70 mins. Mind you I have a slight cough right now, nothing serious but for that reason I've taken a short break from it but will be back on it on Thursday hopefully. Mum and I are otherwise just fine here. We've attended around 40 trade shows so far this year with many more booked between now and year end, including Christmas lights events. So how are you doing and how are your own stationary bike workouts going? US Thanksgiving will be coming up for you at the end of next month, followed of course by crazy Black Friday.

@@cynthiakeyes7197 You make me rather homesick for Canada and the USA hearing the phrase "honey" which I am very familiar with over there as term of endearment. Such as cashier's saying "Here's your change back honey". The equivalent here in the Uk is being called "Love" or "Lovey" by cashier's etc and again it's purely a term of endearment. Anyhow I do hope all is well with you and that you get a chance to catch up on this latest video from WW. Talk soon!
