A mix of earth tremors, a monster of an earthquake, a severe storm (that spawned a waterspout/tornado), and fighting between gangs and Dusklite destroyed the city. The MotorStormers were merely observers to this. At worst, they're guilty of illegal street races... and if no one was willing to pursue them on the theft of an aircraft carrier then no one is willing to pursue charges on illegal street races. :P
