Ye this is a big problem that I dealt with and I hardly found a fix anywhere so imma help you
Go to control panel
Go to clock and region
Click on region
Go to administrative panel
And click on change locale timing or region or smth I forgot
Then change it to smth like English (Canada)
Or English (united states) or whatever u want
And enjoy
