Jordan- congrats and best of luck moving forward... Anyhow, the Postal Service sent me an email yesterday asking me to submit my driver's license number, DOB, SS, etcetera. It's basically a check on my driving history since I put in for a RCA position here in Tampa. That said, is it safe to say that the background check has begun?
Looks like I scored 80%..I had done a few practice tests the night before and a week earlier. Not the best grade but slightly better then average. Hope I get an email from them soon.
dude, congrats, I just took the test yesterday, scored an 83.50 (my veterans preference hasnt been added on it yet) and im sooooo dying to get a phone call soon, i currently work for another federal agency and im really hoping to get out of it and move forward. hoping and praying i get a call soon for this gig!. good luck on your new employment journey brother.
+Hannibal Abuurime for me it was. wait about a week get an email for background and drug test. wait about a week for an interview. wait about a week for an offer.
I watched this video the night before, and I had to work the next morning at my other job. So I left work for my break, and went and took the test and made an 83.6. The only thing I did was watch this video. Thanks!
I just took the test. Here is my advice for the memory part. First: They will give you a practice part to memorize that doesn't count towards anything. USE ALL OF THIS TIME because the the table they give for the practice one is the same for the real one. I wouldn't even bother trying to fill in the answer, just keep going over the table. For me, the first thing I memorized was whether the street was in A, B, or C. So you'll usually get 3 that are in 2 different rows (e.g. A and C) and 2 that are in 1 row only. Memorize the ones that have two first. If you can't remember all the numbers, here is a way to remember just 3 numbers. Say you get Cleveland Rd. 3001-4999 in A and 5000-8742 in C. Just remember 5000 : If it's over 5000 put C, under put A. Do this for each road that appears in two rows. If you do this plus remember the 2 that are only in 1 row and put that row each time they come up, you will get at least 60% or more even. D will not come up that often (and half the time it came up, it was a road that wasn't on the list) so if it's a struggle for you, don't bother with the limits (e.g. 3001 and 8742 for the example above). If memory doesn't come natural to you or you don't have a method and practice, trying to remember too much will confuse your mind and you'll mix up numbers; so if this is the case for you, I recommend the method I just suggested. If you can get about 5 numbers down along with the rows each one are on, you'll get at least 70%. So if Manx St. 7-99 only appears in B and Ginger 497-1134 in C, remember one of the limits. For Ginger, you might just remember 500. If it's below, Chances are it is D. For Manx I thought of a $100 bill with a little corner out of it (meaning it's less than 100). If you want to do really good, you'll come up with different associations for each number. This takes a lot of practice however. For the method that most memory champions use, check out a video by memory champion Ronnie White (just type in "how to memorize numbers"). Of course, if you just want to pass the test by not bombing the memory part and don't want to put in a lot of time, try the method above with just memorizing 3 numbers.
Clarence Stephens I took it this past wednesday. So I'm waiting for them to email me. The lowest score you can have to pass is a 70 bro. The exam is pretty much easy, but the pressure comes when you are timed!! The last part was difficult as hell. It's the coding that got me at the end.
Just took the exam today...my hardest part was the address checking part. About 40 questions in I didnt realize some of the addresses added just an "S" at the end of the road so it would be wrong so I went back to the beginning and went through all of them again and then continued on...there were quite a few i had to change...either way i ran out of time and 6 were left empty. I still say that was where my greatest hit in points came from cause even going through some of them again when I started rushing towards the end most of them just started looking all the same to me. I think as time kept going down it put a little more pressure than I thought I would have over answering 60 questions in 11 minutes. If I didn't need to go back and recheck those other 40 answers I would've been able to finish it but I would've had a hand full more wrong in that area...so I rechecked the first 40 and had to rushed the last 20 but only got 14 of those down not knowing if I was 100% right. Six were left blank. This was the only part were I felt pressured. After that you should be good. The second part was easy as hell with the forms and boxes. Double checked them to make sure and still had time left over. Should have gotten everything there right. The third part coding with the chart and route labeling was actually way easier than I thought it would be. They used the same chart multiple times so by the time you have to memorize the chart it should be for the most part memorized in your head already. I did take my time making sure I did have it memorized though. There were at least five different questions where the address number between route B and C were only off by less than 5 so that was kind of tricky but I do feel like I aced that as well because I knew the number range and where it stopped already. They also had random addresses that weren't apart of the route and then a few numbers that weren't within the range of the numbers for the routes so there were more does not belongs than I thought there would be. I don't know what exactly hurt my score so much but I know I should have gotten everything in sections 2 and 3 right. So unless I just royally screwed up in the first section more then I think I did, I feel like the psychological part you take at home also plays a factor into your score. So without any studying and only watching this video once just to see what it was going to be like...I got an 82.60.
Thanks so much for sharing this information. I had no idea before how the test is. And i come across this video on UA-cam, I had an exam the next day I saw the video at 3:00 am, the exam was 8:00. And it was my first experience and thanks god and then to you body. passed it with 83.
Surprisingly the test wasn't nearly as hard as the practice test(which is probably a good thing). I scored overall an 86%! My tip would be to double check your answers if you have left over time. I know I found a few questions that I answered wrong by doing this. Good Luck to everyone and thanks Jordan for this video!
I just applied to be a Mail Processing Clerk. My bfs sister just got hired with them as a Mail Handler and apparently there is a wave of retirees that need to be replaced so they're hiring here left and right. Wish me luck :D
Hi Jordan, I would like to Thank God and You so much for this video. You absolutely had a great solution regarding the memorization part. I'm grateful you felt compelled to make a video to help others with valuable tips and information, which greatly helped me.. I made an 81.20 on the exam today. Again, Thank you so very much, Big Kudos to You....Yayeeee!!
I managed an 84.1 today because of the video you created here. Everywhere I looked they asked for money I didn't have for study packets and practice tests. No matter the outcome you helped me have a good score and fighting chance at landing a job. Thank you man. Crossing my fingers. Good luck to you on your career Sir.
I CANNOT tell you how helpful this video and its practice link were for me. I took the test today and the only reason I feel I passed was because I was completely prepared from your video and the practice test you recommended! Thank you so much!
I really appreciate this video. I haven’t taken the real test yet, but I’m dropping out of college for this so I have to pass. Thank you for the video. Also everyone keeps telling me it’s impossible to pass this test....yet every comment I’ve read says they got like an 80 so I’m hoping to god I pass this
i got an 84.4 i would say the coding is the hardest part. you really cant prepare for it all you can do is take every second they give you to memories the codes during practice. remember to try to not look at the time too much because then youll panic and itll slow you down and you wont be able to focus on what you read
I'm soooooo glad I found your UA-cam page!!!!! I took the test today and made a 86.10!! I'm glad you helped me prepare for the test. The online practice test was actually harder than the actual test. I'm glad I found you! Thanks!
Thanks for your post it helped me out a lot I scored a 74.4. And they emailed me back months later asking for permission to conduct a drivers license and criminal background check. I gave them permission and I received a interview invite the next day. I guess the processing went so fast because I've been working at my current job for 10yrs and I've never been out the U.S who knows. But anyway I'm scheduled to have a interview next week I'm hoping I ace that too. Thank you once again your post on the practice test was a big help.. 👌👍✔
I am taking my test Thursday, I from what everyone says the video is very helpful. I'm going to watch the over and over, and take the practice test over and over. Thank you for the tips! I'll be back when I get my score!
Hi! I just wanted to say thank you! I looked up practice tests last night for the 473 test, because I had it today. I had no idea it was going to be so freakin hard! Because of you I went in today and got a 83.90 percent score! I would have been lost without your help, so thank you!
Just took my test today. My only tip to those who are expecting to take the test is not to over thinking it. Just be familiar with the test samples on some websites, they're obviously not exactly the same, but pretty damn spot on. Look for a good technique that would work FOR YOU to memorize and stick with it. No need to stress it out and over-study since there will be totally different details on the test anyway. Heck, I only tried 3-5 times on the training website with so-so score and realized that I got the info I needed. Took the test, was over thinking over few stuffs on the very first test and couldn't make it on time, shit I thought. Moved on and did faster on the next one, was really easy there.. but then and got stuck on the next one.. so I filled it up in random copy-ing the "right answers" at the bottom part of the page like an idiot since I missed the previous instruction to memorize before starting out, oh well. Then I hit the last part which was the hardest one, I was crossing my fingers then. Finished and walked in dread back to my car then checked my phone for email and didn't expect to even pass at all. Got 81.70 score, not too bad for lack of effort. Now the waiting game has begun. But yeah, the hardest part was that last part where you have to remember the address details and sort them out without the info. Just look for a good strategy to memorize. I guess that would be the real life situation at the office. Good luck!
Thanks for the video. I think you may have helped me simplify the memory coding section. I've been WAY over thinking that section during practice. Thanks for the tip!
used this for practice scored an 85% but I felt the practice test was alot harder....I know the first section you get 11 minutes not 6 also you don't have you scroll up and down so much... thanx
Jordan CONGRATS and thank you.!! You are an ANGEL. Today I received an email to take the online assessment test before June 11 then go the the testing center June 15. I had an idea what the test would en tale, but I feel much better after watching your video. I will take a break then hit the test when I'm FRESH in the morning. To all you other postal workers, stay the course and God Bless!!
Thanks Jordan, I just received an email to advance to the proctor exam, so YIPPYYYYYYY I'm moving right along and I do feel optimistic. By the way how was your first day?
+Angela Goff it was good. not trying to scare anyone but dogs are a real thing. they hate mailmen. my feet and legs are the most site they have ever been. but people tell me that's normal. it'll take a few weeks to get used to the pain.
This video was done over a year ago and still relevant ..Watched your video today before taking my exam and passed with a 82!!!! Thanks for the post!!!
I watched your video over and over the day before my exam and then tried to customize it to way of remembering. THIS WAS SOOOOO HELPFUL over all the videos i watched. I ended up getting 82.5
Passed with an 81.80 early today 8/30/2017 11 mins for first section 15 mins for 2nd section 7 mins for Memorization Coding Section A 3000-4999 Cleveland 210-290 E 10 Street B 5000-8999 Cleveland 1201-1459 Manx Road 291-549 E 10 street C 14-99 Rotatary Ave 21000-23400 Hwy 98 1460-5599 Manx Road
Congrats... Was this for the online test, or the actual exam at a facility. So now they have an online exam, so I'm wondering if the second part of the will consist of, or if it's the same type of testing...
Thank you....after you take the character assessment test at home on your computer, then they send you an email to invite you to take the actual test at the facility on their computer. The memorization Section was actual test from the facility. The second part of the test is looking at three different forms each form you answer 10 questions and you have 15 mins to answer 30 questions and u read the questions and look at the forms carefully then u have no problem answering it. It is little harder than the practice test. The actual test just likes the practice test.
I took the test and passed and STILL waiting to hear back from them. It is a long waiting game. At least, that has been my experience. After you take the test though, you usually know in a matter of hours if you passed or not, they will E-mail your results. As far as job positions, it's a waiting game.
Exam tips: Hello all. I passed the exam today with 84.5. Couple of tips: Addressing, do not count punctuation as different in the addresses (i.e. AVE v/s AVE.) added Periods are OK. Watch out for misspelled words! Do not spend too much time on one address. I went at a really quick pace to answer all and only had 30 seconds left. Forms: Remember, names can be printed or a signature (i.e. How many areas should contain a name? Could be one if just a printed name or could be two if the form also requires a signature). This type of question wasn't on my test but it was on a practice test I took. Coding: Try to get through the first coding section as quick (but as accurate) as possible; before clicking on the Finish button. This will give you more time to memorize the coding; it is the same one to be used during the memory portion. NOTE: Between the coding exams you will have 5 solid min. to try to memorize the coding before taking the memory portion. Good luck to everyone!
jordan ashbaugh the address matching only gives you 5 minutes. how are you supposed to match 60 addresses in 5 min? i keep getting to about 45 and time ends. and im taking literally like 5 seconds matching each. how am i supposed to accomplish this accurately without fucking up?
I know your video is about 1 1/2 yrs old, but I watched your video a month prior to taking my exam. I passed with a 82.1 Even though you quit the post office job, I still wanted to say thank you for posting and keeping this video.
You did a fantastic job on this video!! Thanks so much. It would be great to hear how the job is going because those seeking postal positions have a ton of questions about which positions there are and which ones we should go for. ? Thanks again and such a great job. Common sense is a beautiful thing but your memory tricks are awesome.
Could you Write the table during the test like taking it then when this part comes put it on a sheet of paper to like remeber it? Or they dont give you to write?
I just took it 30 minutes ago. I have to say, definitely go through practice exams to get familiar with the format. The practice are more difficult in terms of how they look visually. That will help, just knowing that. I got an 88.10
but im using a library computer. they dont even know what im going to be doing. i could take it right now on my phone but i dont have the appropriate software
Hi, Just wanted to say thank you,,, your 8.57 video help me tremendously today when I took the 473 exam. your technique was so spot on. I scored an 84.3. Thank you so much - Bonnie
Took the exam last week and I watched your overview twice before going to take the exam.. I passed it with a 87.5 + 5 point Veteran preference = 92.5! Only issue is an accident on my record from Oct. 2014 on my 5 year driving record that might affect me getting hired but my scores are valid till 2024.
Update: Nope! Despite this high score, I was not hired because of the accident from Oct. 2014 on my 5 year driving record. No explanation given other than a copy of the background check sent to me by mail. So my only options now are to apply for a PSE Clerk or custodial positions that don't require a driving record or wait till Oct. 2019 and try again :/
It was the drive in front of me texting and slamming on her brakes because of construction traffic and caused me to run into the back of her so it was ruled my fault. I did apply for a PSE position at a nearby post office so I'm waiting to see what happens with that one..
Sarah Duvall Yep! You're given 60 addresses to verify and 11 min. If you're getting up to 40, then you'll have time remaining to at least attempt double checking as much as you can. Good luck!
The test rules say no guessing answering or wrong answers will lower your score - how accurate is this?? The address checklist part I ran out of time and missed 4 of those. In the memory portion I didn't answer 5 of them because I wasn't 100% certain with the address number and didn't want that negative point. Just found out I got 77.30
I just took assessment 477 and made a 99..... the key to the test other than getting the math and matching correctly is to KEEP YOUR RESPONSES CONSISTENT..... If you choose most like you on a question than when the question is reverse STILL CHOOSE the same answer!!!!!! I took 476 and made the mistake and only got a 74.... DONT LET THE QUESTIONS TRICK YOU!!!
Chammmmmp!!!!! Saw ur video 2days ago. Did the practice test online. Used a few of your pointers on the memory portion. Passed this morning with an 84. Not sure if i should "harass" the station i applied for now or later. Ya Boy is about to blow upppppp!!!!!
A scored a 82 today i need to know after you see you score do you get a follow up email about moving forward because my results gave me a date to retest
LoveWarrior1111 so long story short, I didn’t get the job on the particular position, applied a 2nd time and I was able to keep my score since I already took the test prior. Didn’t get hired that time. Applied a 3rd time, still kept the same score, and got a call about a month after I applied
Your tips are truly helpful - i have a terrible time remembering short-term things. (But try and not say the word 'basically' so often). Thanks again, great video and tips!
I'm taking the 474 postal exam ( I hope so at least) so if it's like this I will watch this video thoroughly to prepare. I thought we could practice for free, but apparently not. Not about to pay just for a practice when they should allow that for free. Thanks for the video.
ON THE FORMS PART...THE FIRST FORM HAS A ERROR..WHERE STAMP GOES IS 20...NOT 10..it has two number 10 marks..there are actually a few that have this error...the other one 2nd or third form uses....9 10 11, two times when it should be 9-14
thankyou for this I have been looking to get a good job since my son is starting pre k this year and have been fooling around with the practice test...that last memory thing really sucks thanks for the suggestions they were very helpful...I'm super nervous though
Thank you for posting this video. I will probably get a better score. I have test anxiety so I am very nervous about taking the exam. My long term memory is amazing but unfortunately I have a hard time memorizing things short term. I will definitely use the tips you provided for the memorization portion of the exam. I really want a job at the post office so I have to pass it.
When I used the phone I can't see your test . If you fit for people easy to see better than now. People are appreciated 😊 Thanks for your help. You have a nice weekend
especially the last part coding guide... awww man I had a bit short term memory also at time... but i should be good.. the way u broke it down..thanku man n best of luck to u also.. ill be back to tell u my score
thank you so much for the video. without this practice test i would have been doomed. i had a terrible practice test site and couldn't find a decent one. found this only a day before my exam and used it to study for a few hours. surprisingly, the practice test was a lot harder than the actual exam. passed with an 83, so here's hoping!
Looks like the test hasn’t changed much in the last 20 yrs. I took the test in 1999 for VA and scored a 92. I was upset bcuz back then you had to score at least 95 to have a chance of getting hired quickly (because they start with people who score 100 and work down). 6 months later I scored a 99 on the test for MD. Ultimately I was hired as a clerk in VA 18 months later. Not sure if the hiring process has changed, but I would assume a score in the mid 80s would not be high enough to get hired. Though I could be wrong as maybe people in general don’t score as high nowadays or there’s a lot less people taking the test.
MarcusAlexander19 Yeah you definitely getting in with an mid 80 now. Some ppl getting in with high 70’s in MD now. I’m in DC I thank the PO has lowered their acceptance because so many ppl be quitting!
Good luck in Maintenance. Best craft to start. Im about to be EAS17 from an MPE9. Have fun watching operations chase their tail. Great place to work. But seriously, go to college. This place ain't the business. Most of our work force will retire soon and us newer/younger folk will be screwed.
i have already went through ALL my training. Tomorrow is my first day with no supervision. GOOD LUCK everyone.
Jordan- congrats and best of luck moving forward... Anyhow, the Postal Service sent me an email yesterday asking me to submit my driver's license number, DOB, SS, etcetera. It's basically a check on my driving history since I put in for a RCA position here in Tampa.

+Mateo Baysa yes that is the background check.
Looks like I scored 80%..I had done a few practice tests the night before and a week earlier. Not the best grade but slightly better then average. Hope I get an email from them soon.
+gilbert vega im positive you will many people i personally know got an email in the 70s

Man you have no idea how much this tutorial helped me ! I passed with 80% thanks to you !!!
Showing love all the way from Cali
Markeshia Baker good luck with everything else
Hello Missy, May I ask the exams can take in your on computer correct?
If you failed a test for one position can you apply for another? Let's say I failed the mail carrier test, could i apply for a mail processor
U pay 39? For the exam?
Thanks for this, I just took mine today and got an 84.70. Congratulations on successfully getting the job!
thank you and good luck
Hi what's the steps after passing the exam
+Hannibal Abuurime for me it was.
wait about a week get an email for background and drug test.
wait about a week for an interview.
wait about a week for an offer.
Nice

Signed in just to say thank you for this info. Really helped me in a bind. Got a score of 84 with this method.
Thanks for the heads up... I take mine tomorrow and a bit nervous about the memory section of the exam. Thank you!
Yooooo I just took my test and I literally watched this vid like 10mins before Test time. I study up real quick. Thanks to you I just pass my exam.

LaMelvia Pierce really big congrats to you. God bless
Cold Reeves congrats
so we dont have to pay for anything to take this test?
@@conniecasas9345 I didn't have to pay for anything to take the test other than gas to get there lol
I CANNOT tell you how helpful this video and its practice link were for me. I took the test today and the only reason I feel I passed was because I was completely prepared from your video and the practice test you recommended! Thank you so much!
I just took my test and got 83% thanks to this video... this video is all you need!!! Thank you so much!!!
Thanks so much bro! Passed the test with an 83.9 and I have my interview tomorrow.
Wonderful
Knightfall congratulations and good luck to you
@misterincredibo wow I just think they over look your test. Call them or try again sir good luck with that 👍
U pay 39 dollars for the exam?
I passed with a 84.40%. *I literally made myself sick thinking about the memory part. Wow! Thanks again for the video.
@Adam Jani Try pre test and exam on the website post office pre practice test or exam .
The memory part should be removed. It really has no real world purpose.
This whole thread was very helpful, the video and comments. Very informative! Thanks for sharing with us Jordan Ashbaugh👍👍👍
Keya Wright you're welcome
I really appreciate this video. I haven’t taken the real test yet, but I’m dropping out of college for this so I have to pass. Thank you for the video. Also everyone keeps telling me it’s impossible to pass this test....yet every comment I’ve read says they got like an 80 so I’m hoping to god I pass this
Amazing feedback. I scored an outstanding 0/1000 on my exam. Thank you for your insight. You are lord of USPS.
Best video by far... The method you showed to memorize the addresses and letter box it goes in, is the best advice I could have ever heard. Thank you!
i got an 84.4 i would say the coding is the hardest part. you really cant prepare for it all you can do is take every second they give you to memories the codes during practice. remember to try to not look at the time too much because then youll panic and itll slow you down and you wont be able to focus on what you read
nice congrats
Torr Jone congrats
jordan ashbaugh thanks
Did you get the job?
I scored a 79.30 today...I pray and hope to God I get a usps job
@@therecessionista6271 did you land a job yet?
I am taking my test Thursday, I from what everyone says the video is very helpful. I'm going to watch the over and over, and take the practice test over and over. Thank you for the tips! I'll be back when I get my score!
DeadDudeGaming good luck. you should be fine
jordan ashbaugh Thank you! I'm a little nervous but also have a good feeling!
Hi! I just wanted to say thank you! I looked up practice tests last night for the 473 test, because I had it today. I had no idea it was going to be so freakin hard! Because of you I went in today and got a 83.90 percent score! I would have been lost without your help, so thank you!
that is awesome congrats.
Thank you soo much... i found your video today before going to take my exam. Thanks to this video i passed with an 82%.
used this for practice scored an 85% but I felt the practice test was alot harder....I know the first section you get 11 minutes not 6 also you don't have you scroll up and down so much... thanx
congrats.
To all you other postal workers, stay the course and God Bless!!
god bless
Thanks Jordan, I just received an email to advance to the proctor exam, so YIPPYYYYYYY I'm moving right along and I do feel optimistic. By the way how was your first day?
+Angela Goff it was good. not trying to scare anyone but dogs are a real thing. they hate mailmen. my feet and legs are the most site they have ever been. but people tell me that's normal. it'll take a few weeks to get used to the pain.

Rhonda Evans beautiful. Good job to you.
Hi, Did you pay $40 first ?
7:50 wow that method is really helpful. Memory and coding was challenging for me.
I watched your video over and over the day before my exam and then tried to customize it to way of remembering. THIS WAS SOOOOO HELPFUL over all the videos i watched. I ended up getting 82.5
Jay Dan great job!!
I want to thank you! !! I took exam today received a 86.40. Now just waiting to hear from them.

Thank you for your post. I passed my test and look foward to working with USPS.
These were the exact addresses on my test on 9/6/17! Wish I had seen this before 😂 but I scored an 82.8
Congrats
Hung Bui what are the A, B, and C routes for all these streets??

Eboney Garnett let me know if u do
What kind of interview questions do they ask ?
I'm so glad I stumbled upon your video. I take my 473 exam tomorrow at 9am!Thanks for the tips!
Roe Sims how long is the process after applying
I took the test and passed and STILL waiting to hear back from them. It is a long waiting game. At least, that has been my experience. After you take the test though, you usually know in a matter of hours if you passed or not, they will E-mail your results. As far as job positions, it's a waiting game.
During the test can you use CNTRL+F on the memorization section?
Thanks alot man, this video will be helping people for years.
on the last part, being that im taking my test at a library, couldnt i just write the chart down on paper to help me?
Hey were youable to write it down and where did you test im testing in Atlanta ga. Lilburn area

Good luck to everyone!
that was one of my questions, if the coding and memory were the same addresses, thank you for that tip
I came across this after taking the test. I scored an 86, it's been 3 days. Hoping to hear from USPS soon
Joe Mosberger you will. also, apply at as many as you can
Unfortunately, there's only one position accepting applications within a 50 mile radius. I'll just keep checking daily, maybe more will be posted.
Joe Mosberger that's what I did
Did they ever contact you?
Hi, Did you ever get hired?
Thanks for your video! I took my 473 today and received an 83.5, hoping I get a call soon.
For everyone saying the address checking gives you 11 minutes. THANK You. I added a bubble in the video to correct that.
hello Jordan how is the new job working out for you.
+edgar lopez hard work. that's for sure
Good to hear that
jordan ashbaugh the address matching only gives you 5 minutes. how are you supposed to match 60 addresses in 5 min? i keep getting to about 45 and time ends. and im taking literally like 5 seconds matching each. how am i supposed to accomplish this accurately without fucking up?
MR.AJ Garcia the actual test gives you 11 minutes. so as long as you can complete half in the 5 minutes on the practice test you are golden
I know your video is about 1 1/2 yrs old, but I watched your video a month prior to taking my exam. I passed with a 82.1 Even though you quit the post office job, I still wanted to say thank you for posting and keeping this video.
last week I send my social and license for back ground check.
Mikey Law awesome congrats.
jordan ashbaugh they sent me an email regarding my license and SSN this morning.
@@LadyL31786 congratulations do u like the job?
You did a fantastic job on this video!! Thanks so much. It would be great to hear how the job is going because those seeking postal positions have a ton of questions about which positions there are and which ones we should go for. ?
Thanks again and such a great job. Common sense is a beautiful thing but your memory tricks are awesome.
Could you Write the table during the test like taking it then when this part comes put it on a sheet of paper to like remeber it? Or they dont give you to write?
I want to know this too! Ha
Thank you for this helpful information!
I passed with a score of 84!
i got an 86.10 is that good? I took test today 9/20/16 im in san diego
armonz yancy did you get the job ?
That's an excellent score. above average.
Were do you take the real test on line are the internet
I just took it 30 minutes ago. I have to say, definitely go through practice exams to get familiar with the format. The practice are more difficult in terms of how they look visually. That will help, just knowing that. I got an 88.10
Hey Jess, I founded usapostalexam.org, the training site you used, glad you did well.
the hardest part is memorization, any suggestion for how can i remember ? i just don't know .
i thnk im just going to wtite it down. i have to take the test at the local library anyway
you are not allow to take anything with u. not even a piece of paper.
but im using a library computer. they dont even know what im going to be doing. i could take it right now on my phone but i dont have the appropriate software
Haha... you have to go to certain locations for the real test.they check all your pockets before you go in to the testing room.
Ox Knowledge I got some think funny to say you chould hide the answers you write down under your shoes or inside your socks 😂
Hi, Just wanted to say thank you,,, your 8.57 video help me tremendously today when I took the 473 exam. your technique was so spot on. I scored an 84.3. Thank you so much - Bonnie
bonnie cavmou you are very welcome. Congrats
Did you find the website for the practice exam?
No. I didn't bother with that.
Was the accident your fault.
It was the drive in front of me texting and slamming on her brakes because of construction traffic and caused me to run into the back of her so it was ruled my fault.
I did apply for a PSE position at a nearby post office so I'm waiting to see what happens with that one..
Thank you so much for this video I passed by watching you and taking the practice test God bless you
hey on the test do you same street names in certain box
It says 60 in 6 mins there is no way I can do that. I tired I got 29 score and only half of them done.
Don't sweat, you actually get 11 min :)
Taylor Harrison do you really ? I've been practicing all day today and the highest score I have gotten is 51 Cuz I can't get passed question 40
Sarah Duvall Yep! You're given 60 addresses to verify and 11 min. If you're getting up to 40, then you'll have time remaining to at least attempt double checking as much as you can. Good luck!
thank goodness thats where I've been working on trying to be super fast but can't get passed 45
Laudium Enoch 60 in 6 min 😲😲
Great analysis of your strategy on taking the test, This is extremely helpful Thank You
150 questions for the first test and I am nervous to start it. Anyone help?
Do not answer in between. Either Strongly agree or disagree. That was the easy part for me.
answer honestly. If you're not a work shy psychopath, you passed.
Excellent study tips. Thanks! You are awesome. Congratulations! I get nervous during tests. I hope to pass with an 80 or above.
Amanda WingZ Was it hard ?i take it Thursday
How do i apply to take the test? I bout the 40$ study kit postal Exam But I don’t know where to schedule a test
I got a 89.50 what's next no email or nothing should I just wait it out ?? Please respond
it'll take at least a few days to a few weeks to get a email for the next step. just watch your email. that's the best score I've ever seen i think

ON THE FORMS PART...THE FIRST FORM HAS A ERROR..WHERE STAMP GOES IS 20...NOT 10..it has two number 10 marks..there are actually a few that have this error...the other one 2nd or third form uses....9 10 11, two times when it should be 9-14
thank you Jordan

Thank you for posting this video. I will probably get a better score. I have test anxiety so I am very nervous about taking the exam. My long term memory is amazing but unfortunately I have a hard time memorizing things short term. I will definitely use the tips you provided for the memorization portion of the exam. thank you so much for the video. without this practice test i would have been doomed. i had a terrible practice test site and couldn't find a decent one. found this only a day before my exam and used it to study for a few hours. surprisingly, the practice test was a lot harder than the actual exam. passed with an 83, so here's hoping!
Amazing advice on the Coding, made things so much simpler. Got an 82.
This video is very helpful I’ll be sure to watch this a few times before the actual real test. The memory might be struggle
Good luck in Maintenance. Best craft to start. Im about to be EAS17 from an MPE9. Have fun watching operations chase their tail. Great place to work. But seriously, go to college. This place ain't the business. Most of our work force will retire soon and us newer/younger folk will be screwed.
3 years later, we still working the endless hwy?
I scored 79! Got hired! Hated the job. Worked there for 12 yrs. Congratulations if you get a nice office! You most likely won't.
