In the middle of acquiring parts for an m47 swap on my 245 as well. Do you intend on swapping your rear axle for one with a 3.31 gear ratio in the future? Ive heard the gearing gets pretty annoying with an automating geared differential. Keep up the good work man! You mightve inspired me to start posting spme 240 content.
I didn’t because I don’t do much highway driving and I figured the the low ratio would be fun. It’s definitely noticeably low but again I mostly do around town city driving so I don’t mind
Enjoying your content. I have a 1981 242 turbo. Came with commando bumpers. Replaced the rear with lighter late model style, but top trim didn’t line up so I did a hack job. Do you have rear bumper top trim and front bumper with top trim? Have fun with that turbo.

I didn’t and don’t think I’m going too… I mostly do city driving and I don’t daily the car so it’s fine but the gears are pretty damn short.
