    Well done video Mate.
What I like about the idea of Makita making these types of products is that many of us who work outside sometimes need a heated vest under our artic gear. With it being a Makita brand, I don't have to worry about not having a battery for it.
Many other tool companies make similar gear however none of broken into the adventure market like Makita has.
It would appear that Makita has with these vests, jackets, and now adventure gear, and in today's wired society it's nice to see Makita growing into other markets besides just the traditional tool genre.
More weird Makita item's would be nice, like the battery tea kettle, you could even mount it to a mower, or similar.
    Cheers Mate

Suhweet mate - that thing would be great in the colder climates - when I lived in J-pan where in winter it was steady around -2°C ~ 5°C all day long in winter and I used to ride either a motorbike or a bicycle to work - it would have been fantastic as one of the under layers - it would simplify the whole rigmarole of getting enough insulation around your body. But damn son - mowing the lawns in 1° - no thanks.

1°C was better than the 6°C today in the pissing rain. Wish UA-cam made me some real money so I could play with tools all day.

Debating getting this or the makita blanket to have during my road trip to the Midwest from California.
I’m just trying to stay warm during the night since I’d be sleeping in my car for a couple of days.
The makita has some bad reviews, but I think it would do good enough to stay semi warm. And avoid draining your cars battery by using an electric blanket

How do you connect it to the Makita battery? Through USB (if so any USB power bank with an output rating >=2A would work) or? thanks.

I guess the vest helps to take the chill off ones body, rather than converting us into a Sunday roast. My wife would probably just tell me to work harder, then I would not need to buy the warming vest. On another note - Good luck to NZ in the Cricket World Cup Final against England. Australia was knocked out last night and I'll be supporting beautiful NZ. Australia was disadvantaged now that the sandpaper was taken off us. Maybe you could review the affect sandpaper has on a cricket ball ? Does it really help to swing the ball, or should we go back to the underarm bowling technique ?

The Indian guy that works for us had to take a half day off for emotional distress. No joke!

I just returned after 4 weeks in amazing India. From what I saw, I think there is more to worry about in India than the Indian Cricket teams World Cup failure, but anyway.......... I hope he feels better soon.😁

Not going to be many people at work on Monday I reckon. I think the underarm technique was more effective for you guys... well you got away with it anyway, unlike the sandpaper... The NZ cricket team only fire sporadically though... and I fear we fired in the last game...
