Happy to hear it was going well with the new family :) In France the employees has more right compare to the employers so if you have all the proof you'll win (but it's a lot of paper so it's better to finish well as you did and asking for help from other people)
Did you ever ask them why they weren’t happy with you? It’s interesting they didn’t tell you what their issues were when you originally had a conversation with them
