I put together an affordable endo course to help amazing clinicians like yourself, build their confidence in endo. This course will not only take your endo skills to the next level, you will do it alongside other clinicians.
One of the problems with endo is that you feel alone sometimes when you’re down a canal. To conquer that, we created a private Facebook group dedicated to the course where it is a safe place to ask all questions about your cases. And if you need one on one coaching, I”m there as well to guide you through your cases.
This course is full of proven tips that will change your endo game.
You’re not alone!
Check us out at allthingsendo.ca - I’m excited to see you there.

Great work, you're an exceptionally qualified dentist. Well done.
What concentration of carbamide peroxide did you use?
Great result doc, my first time seeing this bleaching technique
This is amazing doc thanks for sharing ❤
Nice job my colleague !
I thought zirconia cannot be drilled through because it just shatters down completely
Have you ever pulled a temp amd found black bacteria growth under the crown? I had it once and it looked just like that. I think it is anaerobic bacteria that are able to grow is specific conditions like they probably fed on the pulp you found and then depleted and stagnated. The RCT below it was good. I also had a case with a stained tooth like that and when i accessed it was a cotton pellet saturated in that kind of bacteria!!! The RCT was finished so somehow the pellet was covered with the crown and forgotten....wasnt me...
Yeah, that's weirdly often been done. Especially under Amalgam I found. Maybe they had some meds in it like Toxavit. Wo knows. But this weirdly lasted long time in the cases I saw.

This was so amazing 😍👍
How many sessions to bleach the rooted canal teeth ?
Great result!! Amazing work! 😀😀
That dark stain couod be ecause of the tri antibiotic paste that could've possibly been used while trying to revitalize the tooth at the time of the RCT procedure. My daughter got that done and her tooth got bluish discoloration similar to the one in the video
So its cotton pellets with carbamide peroxide then provisional material?after inoffice bleach
Can you tell the name of the product you use for internal bleaching?
Opalescence Endo
Amazing content
How will the final composite in the end bond to zirconia? Won't that lead to microleakage?
Why no water coolant in the access prep?
No pulp no need to be concerned about heat
@@samanmahamad9103 surely the heat transfers to the bone no?
@@barta5ot-395 heat would be an issue here if he doesn't stop his bur for some time (15-20sec), which is almost impossible if you're careful and check your progress regularly, as the bur is stopping when he checks the tooth is cooling
What do you use for your camera?
5:39 You didn't remove the bonding after placing the sealer? How did it bleach through the bonding layer?
It’s glass ionomer not bonging. Before the bleaching we have to seal the GP to avoide peroxide leakage through the orifice
@@somaiaahmed8185 You're correct. It looked like applying bonding because of the blue filter.
Hi, I'm not sure but could it be from mta placement in canal?
Can you leave the zirconia crown alone if the tooth is healthy but dark? I have a molar RCT and zirconia crown and its getting dark but the X-rays looks good and my gums don’t bleed. I don’t care it’s in the back
You can live it as it is. Teeth tend to change color after rct, because they are "dead bone" without blood and nutrition flow (as the skin in ded bodies turns blueish). If its the crown itself that is getting discoloured you can change it for new one if you wish, but it could damage the tooth underneath, as the rct teeth becames weaker and that's why it needs a crown. (Sorry, I don't know how much you know about dentistry, not trying to be condescending)
@@angelr427 thank you, I’m just going to leave it alone because the dentist told me it’s fine
Why you place cotton instead of teflon?!🤐
Ikr. It’s this old habit I’m trying to break.
If you do this yourself you will find cotton sucks up and keeps H2O2 inside the cavity. I put some carbamide peroxide in the tooth and moisten it with H2O2 in a cotton pellet. If you want to boost it a little you could grind down the carbamide beforehand. Drop some Cabit on top, done. Never had any issues.
The crown should always be subgingival
Especially on a front inciser and zirconia for esthetics ew
Crazy how bad practice is common nowadays but hey “I put my dam for everything 😂😂😂
