I've never heard of a product specifically for mirrors. Plus I've never used a caulking gun but you make it look easy. Thanks for the tips!

Mirror mastic came to be in the 70s. Do you remember how popular those 12' x 12" mirror walls (and ceilings, ugh) were? ha ha thanks for being a fan!

I have a question for you: If I want to transfer a design I made with drawing software onto a mirror, would it be a good idea to print that design, cut it out, stick it onto the mirror, and then place the mosaic pieces onto the paper? Would that be safe, or is there a better way?

I would make a pattern that is cut out. There is a video dedicated to patterns and designs.

@@MakeitMosaics Thank you very much! I watched your video and it is great. It seems both of you are the real deal when it comes to creating mosaics! However, I am still looking for a way to transfer a design onto mirror glass. Any ideas?

If you are trying to put a pattern into a mirror cut out the pattern and draw onto mirror with grease pencil, I would consider face tape method or mesh method as alternative. You don’t want markings on the mirror surface that are difficult to remove.

@@MakeitMosaics I see, thank you very much again! Will try the cut out method although the pattern is quite is intricate. Anyway, you have a new subscriber :)
