Definitely. You need to do some math with the wattage, but on the power supply I have linked above, I'm currently running six Lily lights and one Lily XL.

Hi Kevin, thanks for sharing this video. I want to do something similar and run 5 Lily XL’s along my hedge. I’m assuming the Philips hue t connectors cant be used at any point on my run correct? I should run the landscape cable and splice throughout my run as if i was doing regular landscape lighting right?
It's up to you. You can splice on the T connectors, if you like. They were not useful for me. I made my own "T junction" boxes.
Hey Kevin, what is the brand/model of the wall controller seen at the end? I've not seen anything like that in Australia and its exactly what I've been looking for!
It's a "Brilliant Smart Switch Panel". I have a house in both Cairns, QLD and the USA - Unfortunately, they are not available in AUS, since AUS is far behind the USA in what is available for in-wall options - I think due to the difference in voltage as well as restrictions in everything needing to be certified and installed by a licensed electrician (only AUS certified products).
Was the Blue positive on the Hue Cord?
Just in case anyone gets curious, the Blue is the Ground, and Grey is power
why not just put hue bulbs in the other landscape light fixtures

cut mine before the proprietary connector and tried it, didn't work I'm not sure if it's something I did or if there's something in that screw connector that needs to happen
did you test the voltage? You'll want to make sure that a) 24V is coming out and b) you have the positive / negative correct.
@@hungarianhc I was using existing low voltage lighting line that I had, I just cut an old light out of the system just to see if I could fire up the hue. I tested it, and the voltage seemed higher that what your video was showing, I forget what it was. I'll update later. I was wondering, even if you switch positive and negative on accident, it probably won't fry the light right? Or will it? Anyways, I tested the other light by switching it, didn't seem to hurt it. I ordered a cheap unit (same you got) on Amazon, I'll do some bench tests to see if I can get it to work under a more simpler setup. I probably have 30 lights in the backyard running off 3 big 300W transformers I'm looking to add Hue lights off of. Maybe that's the issue, it has limitations where as smaller systems can pull it off. The spot light has a Max wattage of 40W or 100W and max 114.8ft
Check the voltage on your existing transformer. Most outdoor lights are 12V. Hue is 24V. I wouldn't want you to fry the existing lights!

Hello, fan! The Hue Lily XL spotlight comes with a mounting plate with screw holes. You can use these screw holes to mount it to your wall... or... a tree!
