They basically exist as a car enthusiast's heaven and are meant for these kinds of things. Something I wish we had here in America. 2. You can still be pulled over, you are only allowed to drive as fast as the traffic situation allows. At 3 AM in the morning it's most likely that no one will care

On top of that we have a migrationproblem since a few years and with the new government it will probably get worse. Livingcosts are also very high and the average salary for the average workers are so low, that most people dont have much to spent at the end of the month. Many friends and people I know, especially those who earn a bit more money, planing on leaving germany or already left. I myself thing about it aswell. Most prefer the countries surrounding Germany, like the Swith, Denmark and Netherlands.
Speed tourism is harming their safety record which is why they're slowly getting rid of the unregulated sections. It's quite sad really, if I was German and had bothered to learn to drive properly I'd be quite annoyed at foreign idiots abusing the motorways
