I love the shimmery candles! This would probably be a lot of work to scale up but I think it would be so cute to do little gift sets for Christmas that have a soap bar, candle and body lotion and/or bath bomb all in a coordinating scent. Like a while bath experience in one.

I just made my first candle & found out you are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT about the wick stickers. The wicks I had didn't have them & OMG, THE STRUGGLE! I spent most of my experience thinking "KATIE WAS SO RIGHT!!!" XD
Idk if this will help you with your candles, but I use golden 464 wax for my candle business, and I usually pour my candles closer to 150° and don't get the funky looking tops! Maybe give it a try?? Could also just be the temp of the room they're setting up in. Watching this video made me super excited to start making my Christmas collection cuz they're gonna be super sparkly too!! ✨ 🎄💖

I make candles and I've been so hesitant on using mica in it because it can clog the wick... I had my eyebrow raised the entire video because of that idea. XD I'm glad to see it works for you and I might need to try it out sometime!
Yes same for me! That was. A lot of mica and glitter in there. Everyone always says it cna clog the wick so I would not risk it if selling them. But for personal use may be worth a try.

Yes do a Christmas candle set I can imagine the scents, hot cocoa , peppermint, fresh baked cookies. Christmas here is in summer so we have different smells like fresh strawberries, the beach, Christmas lillies.
Another nut scent that's overplayed (as much as almond) is hazelnut. I'd be SO disappointed, if the Sugared Chestnut just turned out to be something like brown sugar + hazelnut. The Smoked Oud is something I'd use -- I love those smoky wood and leather scents. Some are great on their own; others make great blends! Thanks for your descriptions of these fragrances! :) Blessed Be!

If you want to make an icey looking candle, use palm wax. It was my fave when I helped my ex-sister in law make them.
