@@juanchoresultay2704 She actually hadn’t been informed of the accident until closer to 10am. By then 85% of the ship had already sunken. She couldn’t actually do anything about the rescue strategy as all the men under her were running around like chickens with their off, hiding the severity of the wreck from her.
If you were a teacher, would you work on a cruise job for kids who are about to graduate? I’d have asked for ten times my salary. Getting on that boat is like that guy who jumped off the Mexico voyage a few years ago.

Don't be so quick to judge Jose! When the mobs are against one, every spectators thinks that one is guilty. President Park admitted publicly some things that she lacked her better judgment. But not all the charges were just. There were strong chauvinism in Korea still. She was put through a kangaroo court and thrown in the prison for 25 years. There were couple other presidents who were charged with corruptions and all. One of them were even sentenced to death. But he was released only few year in jail. Compare that with what President Park was given. Don't believe everything that you see and hear. We are living in the Satan's world! Do you know what I mean? Go to the UA-cam and ask for all the President Park's video and watch them. She is not an ordinary leader in true definition. No matter where she went in the world, she was very well liked by other leaders of the world. Watch her as she makes speech in Korea as well as from abroad. She is a God sent lady! Like her father, President Park Chung-Hee. Korea is what it is, because of her father's hard work. Because of the chauvinistic blind people, she is where she is. It's terrible thing to have anger and jealousy in the heart of man and woman. I hope the Lord have mercy on those ruthless people.

This is what you would called traditional chauvinism. Because a woman has become a president for the first time, many hate her for that! She has greater quality than other males in the political arena. There is no one who can match her quality! @@mashis7299 Mashi, you and I are probably far from Korea. But I just don't like fellow people lynching or kicking a person when they are down. I have been seeing a big picture of President Park's performance, as a first woman President of Korea. She has a heart of her father and mother. She does not have greedy heart as she was charged with, and she was doing her job as diligently as she could for the sake of her country. Instead of saying a word of thanks to her by the citizens, they took this opportunity and threw her into a wolves pit sort of speak. Formerly, two other male presidents received death sentences but they got released from prison only couple of years later. So, we can see a unjust system is at work in Korea. It is called chauvinism! Today is the Christmas day in our country. And He who came to save us from our sins got the same treatment by the wicked people of His days too. The day is coming fast, when the table of justice will be turned the other way. Then what will they have to say?

The companies paid about roughly ₩70 million to the two foundations, which were later revealed to be connected to Choi Soon-Sil, a close personal friend of Park’s and the leader of a syncretic religious sect known as the Church of Eternal Life.

President Park is a very rare lady leader Korea will ever have. Like her father. It is always hard to talk about it with those who just can't see what you are able to see and understand it. @@lapinlee744 You are right its not Park Geun Hye’s entire fault of the Sewol incident but she could have done more in saving those kids than neglecting them considering help was already there but instead she delayed the rescue operation and was too late to save them that she could have prevented so early cause she was called several times but she did not respond to the disaster quickly which is partly her fault as well that people lost trust on her
