      Do you mean in the area? On our Sunday Drive tomorrow we drive all around the neighborhood, but we didn't really go to the shopping areas and things. We'll have maps up on the screen so you can get a sense for where everything is!

    Hey Amy. Oh no. You didn’t show the front elevation. You look amazing. Love your top. Ok. Yes. Wide foyer. Front bedroom is spacious. Full bath. This open concept is amazing. Agreed. Beautiful layout. Love when the kitchen/dining/living in the same space. Would’ve been even more awesome if there was a breakfast nook too. But there is more than enough room to have a larger dining table or add another table for holidays. Spacious bedrooms and 2nd bath. Did see the pantry. Looked spacious as well as this primary. En-suite basic but nice. This is a lovely home Amy. And low 400’s a treat. Thanks so much and see you next video. Grand weekend to you.

      Hi Cydney! You can see the front elevation in the little graphic on the side that lists the pricing. This one has the whole garage as glass for the sales office, so it doesn't really look like the homes will actually look. You'll be able to see lots of them on the Sunday Drive this week!

    Hi Amy/Eric - how does the builder handle situations where the buyer may want to have a pool added as part of the purchase?

      Hi Erik! It varies by builder... but these days there are not too many that allow it. The issue is that if the pool is permitted with the purchase of the home, then they can't get a certificate of occupancy if they pool isn't finished when the rest of the house is done. Many, many builders right now have switched to just "inventory" building so there are fewer than ever where you'd have the opportunity. In the few cases that you can, most of them require that you pay 100% of the cost of the pool up front because it is likely that the home won't appraise... AND all the builder does is take the cost of the pool from the pool company and mark it up 10-40% depending on the builder. (yikes). We were going to build a pool with our new home but it was obvious there was a 25% markup from the builder... when they said that we had to pay 100% up front, that about did it for us! In the end, we are getting more pool for our money and we'll probably be swimming about 9 months after we closed on the house. We did the pre-construction meeting before we closed and signed the contract three days after we closed.
