INGREDIENTS Ø 15cm / 6 inch
200g ( 7 oz ) cream cheese
30g ( 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp ) butter
60g ( 1/4 cup ) milk
3 egg yolks ( 50 - 55g )
25g ( 2 + 1/2 Tbsp ) flour / all-purpose flour
10g ( 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp ) cornstarch / corn flour
10g ( 2 Tbsp ) Matcha powder
3 egg whites ( 100 - 110g )
85g ( 1/4 cup + 3 Tbsp ) sugar
4g ( 1 tsp ) lemon juice
