Survival: Fountain of Youth is a challenging single-player open-world survival game set on the Caribbean islands. Survive as a shipwrecked 16th-century explorer, craft tools and shelter, and uncover the secrets of both an ancient civilization and your own fate
You are a member of Juan Ponce de Leon's expedition in search of the Fountain of Youth, based on an actual historic event of the Age of Discovery. After a shipwreck, you must learn to survive on deserted lands: from crafting tools, building shelter to hunting prey and fighting off predators.
Explore the many islands in search for your crewmates, figure out the fate of an extinct ancient civilization and uncover the location of the legendary Fountain of Youth.
Survive in the 16th century
Dangerous animals, weather, plants, diseases, injuries, hunger, thirst, exhaustion - everything will test your strength and ability to survive.
With over 30 animal species and their own habitats and behaviors, there are plenty of creatures to cook and hunt but be careful to not become the prey...
With the scorching Caribbean heat, the relentless storms, the malaria infested swamps and poisonous plants, the Bimini archipelago is full of hazards to overcome. Crafting, building shelter, improving your skills and exploring the islands in search of resources are key to your survival. Are you ready to take on the challenge?
Travel the seas
To travel between islands, you can build a variety of sea vessels - from primitive rafts to the 16th century Spanish schooner. Find your way to open new routes to unknown lands, prepare for the expeditions, and find out what mysteries lay ahead.
Craft your way through sticks and stones to gunpowder
There are hundreds of items that can be crafted and used for survival, from the simplest tools made of sticks and rocks to advanced muskets, metal armor and tools. You can also build a variety of workshops, from primitive leather dryers to pre-industrial era machines.
Each action you perform improves your skills - strength, cooking, skinning, shooting, and more. Survive and develop new abilities to evolve from a clumsy rookie to a hardcore survivor.
Explore 15+ unique islands
Each island is special - with its own landscape, climate, weather, flora, fauna and resources.
From the desertic caatinga, to the crocodile-filled mangrove thicket and the bustling underwater biome surrounding shipwrecks and reefs; this open world is no Caribbean paradise…
Explore new lands, adapt to their conditions, solve the mysteries they keep and seek for unique treasures.
Uncover the mythical fountain’s location
While finding clues and traces of your shipmates, you will stumble upon remnants of an ancient civilization that perished for an unknown reason.
Search ruins and temples, decipher centuries-old puzzles and unveil the mystery behind the legendary Fountain of Youth.
One question remains: Will you survive long enough to gain eternal youth?

The only thing I'd love to see in this game is a taming mechanic, so the jackals and harpy eagles and goats and piggies can be your frens!!! Of course we'll need to be able to give them pat pat pats!

This is definitely one of those games that I love watching the Woodle play! Not a game that particularly calls my name, but I'll be damned if it isn't a blast and half watching Conquistador Woodle at work. .

I really enjoyed this game and made it to the last bit , just felt a bit incomplete so I shelved it for a bit. Thanks Woodle for keeping us aware of good survival games in the market.

Don't be afraid to explore the back entrance. Yes there's some smelly gas, and it's a very narrow path, but the payoff at the end is worth it...

Notice how charcoal drawing underwater is possible in this game...computer game logic verses reality. I'm not against this. Because reality would be too frustrating in this game. It's just funny the leap in game logic.
