I think Nebraska's OLine takes pride in leading the league in sacks allowed. They can eat another sugar cookie instead of doing another squat. They are the blue collar grandma's oven kids instead of grandpa's fishing buddy. (can't have em carrying a bucket). Good luck. Raiola is out after game two. I'm sorry Dylan but you better learn to run or you are going to get hurt because the receivers aren't going to get open because they have no speed or talent. We lose to Colorado again BTW. Your goofy gangly 6'9" tight ends are the perfect hybrids between barely being able to run without falling down, not being able to block 1 oz.......and having stone fingers. Their first instinct is to fall down when making a complicated catch...like a child. Good luck to ya this year. For the firs time in 30 years....I can't watch and won't. Tired of the hype.....tired of the non-athleticism. Will enjoy hunting and fishing on Saturdays this year. OUT
I love my alma mater, but that is a bit ridiculous. what a screwed up set of priorities we have these days.
What's ridiculous? Which priorities are screwed up? If you're talking about Society in general, you're spot on. College Football is like the space race. How else are we supposed to attract top talent? Tractor rides? Wind chill and snow/ice? Nice people?? We needed this and it is going to come in handy for the program.

Ridiculous? Seems very useful and practical. Nebraska has always tried to be ahead of the curve when it came to workout facilities and now they have some great ways to heal quicker. This is an expensive game and if you want to be the best, you have to offer the best.
Yeah, maybe they should save all that money and just buy them memberships at the Y to work out. And let them get food on their own. What's ridiculous is some of the 20 year old kids making millions playing college football. Not that they shouldn't get something, but it went from 0 to out of hand in 60 seconds.
The priorities for Husker football are spot on.
