Very recognizable... what really helped me was writing down why the things I am anxious about aren't the end of the world. Why the chances that that might happen is slim, why I would be able to handle it if it were to happen...

Self awareness can be a scary adventure in life because in reality a price has to be paid in exchange to the enlightenment. A very tiny percentage get it as early as in their teens, by then the price is non perhaps just less. The hardest one to hold on is visualizing everything but facing different reality. It’s all a process just hang in there. You’ll surely soon grab whatever you believe belongs to you and that you’re worth having it. It ain’t for everyone & don’t waste time explaining yourself, they won’t get it.

😢😢😢 Thank you for this! I want to give up. I’m so weary. The devil wants me to lose my faith but God won’t allow it. Since covid I fell on a terrible hardship, like many others. I lost my job for declining the vaccine. I declined due to my health conditions. I suffer from lupus, and heart disease. I’m now waitressing but not making nearly enough to get by. I’m a single mom, my husband is with God. I still miss him dearly. My children are autistic and non verbal, I’m overwhelmed they require so much from me. I recently started homeschooling them due to them having do many issues in school. Jesus hear my prayers. I’m tired of struggling every single month. I can’t even afford the tools I need to homeschool my boys. But I trust in you Jesus even as I struggle providing groceries for my children. I’m ashamed. I feel like a failure. I only keep going because of you. Walking with faith not by sight!
Please don't give up. You are fighting the good fight. Keep walking through this trial. You will get to the other side and see glory. I'm praying for you!
Father is true God. Plus autistic children are often silent but very creative .. Get the boys to cook clean wash household chores especially cut peel vegetables, making soup.
Baking to teach measurements..
Making bread pasta. Like organiseing, one task at a time..
In short bouts of time. They also love gardening nature appeals to them. Oily fish in their diets helps a lot and sugary sweets or sugary drink. In UK scientist found mothers who lack vitamin d are more likely to have autism in boys but bypass the girl baby. If you develop a love of learning something in these children they could have future job some of them have high functioning autism spectrum disorder. Much blessings. Be kind to yourself.
