    Brilliant episode! It's great how it's just a natural conversation rather than a boring question and answer session. I also agree that admin to para planning to advising isn't always the best option. Great Paraplanners are like gold dust and a lot of employers will be hesitant to let them move up to advice- giving them the hassle of trying to replace the PP.
