Hi , i am an indian 16 year old student . I have a bussiness model , i dont no much about construction.
My model = 1>getting clients through social media's.
2> making the plan of the building according to their budget .
3> giving the plan to subcontractor.
4> taking some % of client capital for our profits .

what's a quick way to tell if the gc or the sub needs to buy the material like tile
Are you a tile supplier? Or are you asking to know if it’s a labor only contract, or a labor and materials contract?
