@@Cwronaga216 Community Shaders (CS) can't just take ENB presets like Rudy and run them... yet. ENBSeries is without a doubt, more feature rich, beautiful, and has a ton of options for different styles and aesthetics, it still has weathers, ENB presets, subsurface scattering etc. Community Shaders doesn't have many of those same things because its so new. What im confused with is if u just simply download textures that have paralax on them for CS to work. Or do i have to install all of its dependencies. Because some of them say that u need to install paralax fix. But CS says that u cant do that because it comes with its own fix. I do plan on using the paralax personally.
@@anthonym840 You just need CS. Any one fix will work. There are a few now. You can ignore if they specifically say you need one specific parallax fix as long as you have one installed.

I only have a mid level PC. An ENB drops my FPS to 35-60 FPS (capped at 40 to prevent stutter). However, with Community Shaders, I'm able to get between 70-90 FPS (capped at 60 to prevent stutter). Now the ENB does look incredibly good and trumps the Community Shaders in terms of quality. But Community Shaders IMO are the better option if not running a super PC (if you are never dropping below 60 FPS withan ENB, use the ENB), taking into account the ease of install and performance to quality ratio. It's also worth noting, the benefits of frames cap at 120 FPS because of the limitations of human physiology, and the human eye only can only process at 30-60 FPS anyway. And TV/Movies have only recently gone to a standard of 60 FPS from 24 FPS.
It looks great but can I switch to Community Shaders mid game? I can remove the enbseries folder, inis and dlls, no problem, but what about mods like Water for ENB or ENB Complex Grass or the Weathers or Lux mods? These mods problably have plugins that shouldn't be uninstalled mid game, no?

Can i play this mods in skyrim se 1.5.9,or i need back to AE?
And I just need a good tutorial. I don't get how to run it, even when I uninstalled ENB.
i have Rtx 3050 4Gb, so how many fps can i got?
what is the armor mod ?
Wondering same
The fleetknight set
Can CS be used in Skyrim LE?
What is the most recomended wheather mod for community shaders?
VIVID Weathers imo
@@OperatorRice really? It's very old and outdated, any reason for that?
@@rodolfor2957 I know it's really old, but it looks really good for community shaders. I tested CS with many weather mods (CoT, NAT, RAID, Rustic, Obsidian and Cathedral) and in my opinion VIVID looks the best, but that's just my personal opinion
@@OperatorRice interesting, i will give it a try since i am currently building my modlist with CS.
Hope Boris doesn't pop a blood vessal...
If anyone figures out how to replicate Rudy for Cathedral enb with this.....I NEED TO KNOW ASAP
You could look at reshades. I think Darenni's reshade looks pretty similar even though its main purpose is to minic Pi-cho enb
@@aboringguyistaken so I could just disable my ENB and try this? If I can manage to mimic an identical look without ENB and therefore save a good chunk of frames then I can also use the upscaler and go all out. Right now my system with a heavily modded setup with Rudy ENB I get between 40 and 70 frames which is more than playable but in some very specific areas especially dense forest I will occasionally get drops to the high 30s which is still playable but the sudden drop causes some pretty major stuttering
@@Cwronaga216 Community Shaders (CS) can't just take ENB presets like Rudy and run them... yet.
As for performance, CS uses injected engine code, so its way more efficient and avoids a ton of overhead that ENBSeries otherwise suffers from. So right now, as it stands, there are pros and cons to both of them.
ENBSeries is without a doubt, more feature rich, beautiful, and has a ton of options for different styles and aesthetics, it still has weathers, ENB presets, subsurface scattering etc.
Community Shaders doesn't have many of those same things because its so new. But it's about fix Skyrim's engine-level lighting limit, which is an absolutely bonkers achievement, and alone, might be enough to make a ton of people make the switch to CS. Also, Community Shaders is said to soon be able to accept all ENB presets like Rudy.
I think, if you don't switch to CS now, there's a good chance you will switch at some point anyway.
@@LaserLips2 I was only referring to replicating the general appearance of Rudy and be using Community shaders and reshade
@@Cwronaga216 You can still get a beautiful game with ReShade, but no, it won't look the same. Rudy can utilise a bunch of ENB features that neither ReShade or CS is capable of just yet.
Again, pros and cons.
Well after reading the nexus page it states it will disable community shaders if ENB is installed. So it’s a choice or this or that. Shame they don’t work together.
Its a different direction from ENB. It has parallax and complex grass, but no ENB light effects. Can combine it with Reshade for "1$ store" ENB.
@@leostevano8128Community Shader's implememtation of ENB Light will probably begin work AFTER Doodlez releases Light Limit Fix. That way Doodlez KNOWS it can work for both fixed and unfixed lights
@@sonnymastrangioli So he's going for it? I thought after what happened doodlez would take different direction, but I guess not huh. Well competition is always good for the community so, hopefully they compete nicely.
@@sonnymastrangioli that will be something to look forward to.
CS eat to much more fps, then enb
What weather mod are you using in this setup?
This isnt supposed to be a tutorial, is it?
To all mod creators :
I love you all *smooch*
The grass in this game needs a specular map or something like that! Reacting to direct light is a huge step up.
Parallax is most of this FPS hit from my experience. If you don't care about it, don't install that particular module. I lose maybe 8-9% fps when running all the Community Shaders, disabling parallax brings it to about 4-5% instead.
@@mfcfbro appreciate that
Aw dude those rock walls in Whiterun at :15 look so much more believable than what I have what retexture is that? Dudes gotta start uploading all their rock walls as standalone haha.
I must have done something wrong 'cause my game definitely doesn't look as good as that :(
Reshade + this = 😍
what's your character model mod?
Do I still need to make the changes to the skyrim ini? I don't see it listed on the mod page anymore
Framerate over graphics is my rule for gaming nowadays, I can't go back to 30fps after tasting 60+ fps
Thank you for explaining this mod so well, keep it up!
Thank you very much Bro 😍😄
the ENBs i used were just too much for my pc i hope this + reshad/gshade will improve my game how i want but not destroy my fps
It looks great but can I switch to Community Shaders mid game?
I can remove the enbseries folder, inis and dlls, no problem, but what about mods like Water for ENB or ENB Complex Grass or the Weathers or Lux mods? These mods problably have plugins that shouldn't be uninstalled mid game, no?
love it, ENB make my fps drop to 40.. Does anyone know how to try community shader and reshade without complete deleting ENB(maybe just enable with mo2)? i want to compare before i decide.
Is there any chance that the community shaders can implement the wetness effect of soaking wet to not only actors but the grounds and surfaces? Similarly to how ENB has a wet surfaces option. It would be great to see that in CS in the future.

Someone advise me to use community shaders and see if it will work for my computer instead of enb because enb kept crashing my game on launch so i hope this works for me
Are the community shaders better performance because enb using a lot more gpu or would I see performance boost with cpu limited areas too?
Honestly, I think at this point it’s worth it. I can actually play the game without dipping down to 40fps with enb
My parallax textures are constantly flickering, like it’s turning on and off, any fixes?
It's really not that big of a difference in quality tbh, im hasppily surprised.
Awesome video thanks! Where does community shaders go in load order?
