Mines the same, we just don't train enough stand game. To much mat rolling.

@@blag6666 this is why the future of Jiu Jitsu is to just become grappling. If it works it works. Whether they're techniques from wrestling, Sambo, Judo, etc.
This is why I don't do "jiu jitsu", I do grappling. My gym is a grappling gym.

    In my utmost humble opinion.
    “ Poetry in motion”
“ Perfect practice that assures flawless timing is the essence of everything”
Astonishing to see your students in action, Anton’s ability to level change at his size with such skilled timing/ speed is an testament to the dedication that he has given to obtain said skills.
    Truly, impeccably performed!
As always, an joy and honor to observe and learn!
    Sincere regards.

this is sooooo good. im a bjj guy and my takedowns compared to wrestlers are absolute shit. i watch high level bjj guys show their best takedowns and they are never as smooth, practical or successful as a wrestlers. normally i have to search around for something thats functional for bjj though. this is absolute gold. i watched your video on beating the underhook and overhook and it literally changes everything. ive always been a fan of Brians for all things jiujitsu, now Anton is my number one wrestling coach.

This was phenomenal! I have wrestling tomorrow. Two questions for you coach.
*(1.)* Are there other takedowns or submissions I can chain with the arm drag?
*(2.)* What setups are available for wrestlers who spin with me when I arm drag? That's a common response but I don't feel what I'm doing is working well.
Thanks for everything you guys do. You made me a better wrestler!

For grappling arm drag and russian ties are best because you can take their back easier. Look up marcelo garcia's armdrag it's wrestling armdrag mixed with bjj to take your back better.
And in wrestling if your opponent keeps spinning with you he's trying to play catch up with you. If you have an arm drag or a Russian tie and you circle you'll have 0.5-1 second of time while he tries to spin it off and face you. During this 1 second you should explode into a low single or high crotch or whatever you find most available.
