In this video I am playing a late 80's Ibanez Artist with a Seymour Duncan Jazz pickup (neck pick-up-parallel) through a Custom Billm Modified Fender Blues Junior in a custom designed cherry wood cabinet with a Jensen Special Design C15N speaker.
I'm using Stringjoy Broadways Classic Pure Nickel Strings 10-46, Ernie Ball Prodigy Pick 2.0mm, 10ft Pig Hog "Western Plaid" right angle cable and a Vintage Belden Custom Instruments braided cable with large (solid) brass ends to connect to the amp.
Guitar Pedals:
~EarthQuaker Devices Dispatch Master V2 Delay and Reverb Pedal
The guitar amp was recorded with a Stereo Matched Pair of Royer R-10 Ribbon Microphones placed on a stereo bar with the middle of the mic capsule even with the middle of the speaker cone about 8 inches away.
The voice was recorded with a Heil PR-40 microphone. I'm using a RØDE PSA1 Broadcast Microphone Boom Arm and a pair of Sennheiser HD 58X Open Back Professional Jubilee Headphones for monitoring.
The percussion track is the DrumJam app (Multi Bongos 04-mm100) on an iPad Air.
Everything is running into an Apogee Element 88 and iMac running Logic Pro X.
Mackie HR824 Studio Monitors were used for mixing.
Waves Audio Plugins - Scheps Omni Channel, PuigChild 660 & 670 Compressor
Logic Pro X Plugins - Channel EQ, ChromaVerb(Vintage Concert Hall), Loudness Meter, Adaptive Limiter, Level Meter.
The video was shot with an iPhone 13. Lighting is a halogen floor lamp.
