I can't help but notice how the media isn't highlighting the fact this man was a youth pastor. If he had a criminal record, they wouldn't have wasted any time pointing that out.

    1. She was on the wrong floor
    2. She was at the wrong apartment
    3. She didn't notice that red door mat in front of the door
    4. She used a key fob though the door was partially open as per the affidavit
    5. She saw an intruder though it was apparently pitch dark
    6. She didn't turn on the lights entering her home
    7. She identified herself to a man who worked at Pricewaterhouse Cooper as an officer of the law & he DIDN'T follow commands risking at LEAST a possible detainment and his job
    8. Why was the gun the first thing she used?
    9. How does an officer of 4 YEARS NOT recognize WHERE she is?
    10. *WE WANT JUSTICE*

      1. Wrong floor, simple mistake as she parked on the floor above hers, and she had just worked a 15 hours shift.
      2. Wrong apartment, thats true for sure, but it was the apartment exactly above hers. These apartment floors all look the same.
      3. id like to hear her reasoning about the red doormat. seems hard to miss, but when your in a rush to get in and after a long day, big details can get missed. Maybe she had to pee really bad? You ever meet a woman that didnt have to pee after a long day of work?
      4. its possible that when she put the key in the door it sprung open. This would explain her not noticing the door being ajar from the get go.
      5. Pitch dark? probably not as there would have been light coming from outside where she was standing. If there wasnt any light out there, how could she have seen the red doormat? you cant have it both ways.
      6. supposedly she saw the intruder first thing and drew her gun and shouted commands. it wasnt until after she fired the shots that she turned the light on. we shall see if her side of the story holds water in a court of law.
      7. If someone stormed into my house and told me to get on the floor and was waving a gun, i wouldnt do it. I would probably run or try to attack them. Would you just lay down and obey every command?
      8. This might offend some people, but its because she is a woman. had this been a man, probably wouldnt have been a shot fired, most likely a few laughs would have been exchanged and a couple beers.
      9. After a 15 hour shift, its later in the night, she must have gone into autopilot, except for the fact that she parked on the floor above instead of her own.
      10. You want justice, I want justice, we all want justice. He is never coming back and nothing can replace that. Executing her or putting her away for life wont bring him back. You tell me, what will bring justice?

Wrong apartment or not she still committed a crime. If any other citizen did anything close to that, the wrong apartment excuse would not matter at all. She invaded someone’s property and murdered them. “She gave commands” in someone elses property, with no warrant, where no crime was being committed. No matter how you look at it, she still needs to go to prison.

And I believe that Joshua Brown knew more but held some stuff out because he feared for his life so he kept his testimony at an minimal...however it's very sad and upsetting that he to is murdered by allegedly 3 gangster's looking to score some narcotics.....same gangster's Joshua Brown shot in the chest these gangster's shoots him and takes Joshua Brown gun with them...but okay

My bad...I was talking about the hatred embodied for our 44th Prez. Have you noticed how much hatred of black people is out in the open since Obama left.. ( they called Him the Kenyan..)...? Trump was able to send the racist pig Sessions into the highest LEO office in America because the level of hatred for Obama was set free in the months after his inauguration. All that pent up rage and fear from the dumbest, most brutal forces in our country. Literally, they called Obama ( my president..) and his family the worst names imaginable,so when they had a chance to destroy his legacy, they voted for absolute worst impulses of humanity in the form of an insane racist reality TV star. They installed an authoritarian criminal who they wanted to destroy Obama right down to his very being, they don't care what happens to the flag, the constitution, refugee families, global warming, dead unarmed teen agers, homeowners that live one floor up....This whacko cop is another symptom of a militarized torch and pitchfork mob designed to restore white power. The people like Sessions are there to arm the local constabulary as a crowd control device. Look at who showed up in Ferguson..the National Guard. They weren't handing out coffee and donuts, but that will be the picture that comes out of a rich white guy subdivision when the Hurricane hits, right?

In the midst of all the questions, she needs to explain "why" she shot him. There is, normally, a light switch next to the door into an apartment. Did she attempt to turn the lights on?? Images of the apartment showed a bowl of cereal on the table. Was he eating his Fruit Loops in the dark?? Again; "why" did she shoot him?? I can't imagine she shot in self defense. He didn't shoot at her. So, it's not justified. But, it seems as though that's what cops do, today. They shoot at the slightest provocation. I remember when it was fairly rare for a cop to shoot a citizen. Some say they never even drew their weapons throughout their entire careers. She must not be a good cop, to make such a terrible "mistake". She didn't take notice of the red doormat?? Why, Why, why did she shoot him??

Many may argue we got that already (sick joke) but I am sad to say it may even be an improvement with robots, as at least the principle with A.I. is that the robots will not act in emotion. A lot of these cops are not professional and act on their emotions, mainly fear which comes with the job. time after time, they shoot people claiming fear for their personal safety. with these robots the upside is that they should not be like this. Although, there is a massive downside too, depending upon how these robots act and function from programming.

I believe she changed her story after thinking about it in order to give her the most favorable outcome. I don't believe for a second that the door was ajar. Probably a racist white woman to begin with, who complained about him stumping around up there before, then she figured she would wait until she got off work that day, go up there and shoot him, then claim she thought he was in her apartment. She probably figured since she's a cop, she could get away with it.

Scenario: Female cop stops off at victims apartment to deliver noise complaint in person, and in uniform, to intimidate victim. After knocking and "verbal commands" victim opens door and cop barges in. She gives victim third degree about noise. Victim tells cop to leave his premises. Cop becomes infuriated at his lack of intimidation. Victim walks toward her to usher her out of his apartment. Being paranoid of a large black man approaching her and getting "in her space" she did what was trained to do. Shoot first, then lie lie lie.

      69. A fatal traffic wreck involving Texas Ranger David Armstrong of Dallas is a good example of the double standards inside DPS. On February 2, 2017, Ranger Armstrong was returning from a special operations shift on the Mexican border when he crashed his DPS vehicle into a pickup truck, ejecting both the driver and the passenger. After several weeks, a DPS Highway Patrol accident reconstruction team was able to recover the vehicle’s computer to confirm his speed at the time of the crash. He was driving 84 miles per hour on Highway 281 in Premont, where the posted speed limit was 45 miles per hour. Ranger Armstrong fractured his hip, and his DPS vehicle burned down to the metal. The passenger of the other vehicle, 30-year-old JD Kristopher Trevino of Premont, died of his injuries five days after the wreck. Even though the accident occurred in Premont city limits, and even though accidents in municipalities are normally investigated by city police, DPS handled the investigation so it could cover up what happened. Among other things, Ranger Armstrong was violating a DPS safety rule at the time of the accident. That rule mandates that officers working on the border take a six-hour rest period before driving home, and the rule had been in effect for more than a year at the time of the accident. Ranger Armstrong had repeatedly violated the rule - a fact known to his supervisors - and he was violating it again when he was driving through Premont at 10:15 p.m. Although most drivers would have been charged with manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, or at least reckless driving, Ranger Armstrong was never charged with anything, nor was he disciplined. Instead, the entire incident was covered up by senior DPS commanders, and Ranger Armstrong is now leading a high-profile investigation into a police shooting in Dallas.

After working an exhausting shift, Amber probably entered her apartment hearing noise ( like music ) coming from upstairs. This officer immediately went upstairs to confront Botham. She knocks on his door but he wouldn't open. She got angry, banged on the door until he opened then she shot him. She may have initially gone near his door just to listen for music, before going to her own apartment, ending with the same scenario. It's also interesting how she would park on the 4th floor instead of the 3rd.
