I love what she said about loving people just because they get up in the morning, not based on how loyal or sold out they are, but because they get up and show up.

Fa real! It is also an adjustment I need to make to my definition of love, appreciation and respect. We use those terms often but this shows what it should include too

This is such a rich and endify episode. "To better lead/serve the people, you have to "Listen to, Lewrn from, and Love them"
I thank God for full restoration of Kenny's health in Jesus name. Thank You, Cynt, for being a worthy, Christ-like example!🦅🌹

Cynt talks about her credo: Learn, Listen, Love. Have you ever had a leader who listened carefully to what you said and even to what you didn't say? How did that focused care make you feel?
Thanks to everyone who entered the Lead Like It Matters giveaway! Winners have been announced in the episode description!

Words ad space here cannot adequately convey the diverse, succinct lessons in this interview. The substance is one thing, the way it is articulated in words as well as through body language and by life experience; ...thank you both for sharing and for showing us. Thank you.
Truly I heard what was said and what was unsaid. May I apply the many lessons to my own sphere. Thank you.
Will keep you both in prayer. You both are awesome leaders!

I love what she said that she specifically want to know people and their work before climbing up the ladder for genuine empathy and care to people, and knowing how she would negotiate with higher ups.

She's living the servant leadership as Jesus taught us. The first will be the last and the last will be the first. To be great among them you need to serve them... Always look to the interest of others more than ourselves.
