Dr.Rudnicka , my son has been on 4 mg on Baricitinib for a year now. He was getting slow but good regrowth mostly on scalp, ( alopecia universalis). Lately I see he is shedding, very disappointed 😢. Dr Rudnicka my daughter is 2 years old over the past 5 months she has lost all her hair. Weve been to a peds dermatologist she perscribed topical ruxolitinib and a pulse steroid. Weve been on it for 6 weeks with little to no improvements
Probably close to impossible to get it in the pharmacy in our country (financed through insurance/ hospitals). I don’t know about the availability in other European countries

In general JAK inhibitors usually start working after few months , in patients in whom they work
