Yes. It is hard to watch. Her facial expression so different. Can't look the camera square in the eye. The joy is gone from her face. She is really not feeling well. So damn hard to watch.
It seems like you cope, by living your life at full speed. My son (11 years old) recently started playing baseball, and the few times he hit the ball, and ran towards first base, we noticed that he started running strong, and as he was almost to first base, he decreased his speed and got tagged out. We asked him why he slowed down instead of running harder, and he told us that he thought that he was going to get tagged out anyway. No, we told him, run harder and run through the base. Don't run like you're already out. Run like you're already in (and maybe you will be). Bad stuff is a part of life but if we live our life like we've already lost then we don't stand a chance of scoring, living, laughing, succeeding (at anything). Emily you are living life!

We get asked how we cope and it's hard to answer except that we're there for each other when one is down, we try and stay positive but there are bad days, where we just love each other and stand together! Aisha is such an angel 😇 so glad you have each other for support. When my brother had cancer he just wanted to carry on as best he could doing normal everyday things just like you and Aisha do. If he had a bad day he would open up to my mum about it like I'm sure you do with Aisha. We would laugh and joke like we would normally that was important to him. Sometimes when you look at someone who is ill, you see the disease. But when I look at Emily, I see Emily. I see someone who is sharing her victories as well as her harder times. I see someone who is sharing her story in hopes of helping others who may be struggling as well. I love that she has such a circle of support, from Aisha, to her family, to her wacky group of hysterical friends, to people like me who happened upon her UA-cam channel simply by chance and offer prayers and words of support.

Honestly, watching everything, I super believe it's your choice in perspective, expecting what you expect as though it's already manifested X 2 and I think the universe has no other choice but to give you what you put out. I mean, I'm listening to what you're saying and then I'm watching how it comes about thereafter. Even some of the lesser positive stuff, honestly. Y'all are a powerhouse. Aisha's job, your friends, whatever other fortunate things coming in... I’ve just read a load of comments on here from the last 2 or 3 days & I can’t believe how some people are behaving, bickering with other people about what they said, how they said it etc etc. We all have our own observations & opinions & not everyone will agree with them but this is not the place to make snide comments to others. We all support Emily & are hoping she will pull through. She is in hospital at the moment, in case some of you don’t know so let’s all keep our fingers crossed that she will feel better soon & be able to go home. No more nasty comments to each other please, Emily doesn’t need that.

I faced life threatening issues a few years ago, nothing even close what you are going through, but one thing my doctor told me was, positive is the best medicine. Give yourself time to cry, mourn, be angry, then gather yourself, the people you love and be positive. Your body goes into beast fighting mode. I see you doing this every blog. You are a beast. ❤️

Emily and Aisha you are so strong and continue to inspire. I am not overly religious but I find myself praying for your well being every day because you have touched me with your story. Melanoma has cut me down this year but I am on the road to full health and back at my exercise program for no other reason but for this vlog. I have to believe you have helped many others like me and I thank you for your inspiration and courage. ❤️🙏❤️

Sometimes when you look at someone who is ill, you see the disease. But when I look at Emily, I see Emily. I see someone who is sharing her victories as well as her harder times. I see someone who is sharing her story in hopes of helping others who may be struggling as well. I love that she has such a circle of support, from Aisha, to her family, to her wacky group of hysterical friends, to people like me who happened upon her UA-cam channel simply by chance and offer prayers and words of support.
You two have done well! I'm proud of you two and your love and support for each other. What I'm about to say is soooo heartfelt and with tears in my eyes.... I wish the very best life has to offer you two 💕
I just love you two. I am so impressed at how active you stay even on a bad day and I'm amazed at how well you took off that steroid weight. I am still trying to lose the baby weight. My baby is 22 years old. These things take time. :D

Honestly, watching everything, I super believe it's your choice in perspective, expecting what you expect as though it's already manifested X 2 and I think the universe has no other choice but to give you what you put out. I mean, I'm listening to what you're saying and then I'm watching how it comes about thereafter. Even some of the lesser positive stuff, honestly. Y'all are a powerhouse. Aisha's job, your friends, whatever other fortunate things coming in... You're both throwing it out there and you're both defying the odds together. 🤷🏽♀️ I'm agnostic as all shit but, that's what I'm seeing. Love is the greatest force IME and you're putting a shit ton of that out there. I just want to see you guys continue it and I just kind of expect the good times to keep rolling in for you.

I’ve just read a load of comments on here from the last 2 or 3 days & I can’t believe how some people are behaving, bickering with other people about what they said, how they said it etc etc. We all have our own observations & opinions & not everyone will agree with them but this is not the place to make snide comments to others. We all support Emily & are hoping she will pull through. She is in hospital at the moment, in case some of you don’t know so let’s all keep our fingers crossed that she will feel better soon & be able to go home. No more nasty comments to each other please, Emily doesn’t need that.

So if you think about it, you have all your real life family friends and the people in their lives who care about u but also your followers here and then their family/friends who now care about u too. I faced life threatening issues a few years ago, nothing even close what you are going through, but one thing my doctor told me was, positive is the best medicine. Give yourself time to cry, mourn, be angry, then gather yourself, the people you love and be positive. Your body goes into beast fighting mode.

I’m an actual doctor and refrain from commenting medical advice because Emily has her own team that knows her very well! And we only see snippets of their day. Emily knows herself best and if she wants to stay positive then we should do nothing but send her positivity!!
Traci Provins since ur a doctor, why do you think Emily has been hospitalized with an infection? Is that common for cancer patients? To develop infections?
amiesparkle00 I'm just looking thru see of their Is any update .and infections are common since her immune system is fighting so hard with the cancer it leaves the body open to infections .. I think when you're going through what you're going through, you cope because you HAVE to.
I have what can become a life threatening brain condition, and I just try to go on the best I can. When we have no choice BUT to cope, that's what we do!

Now I am back where I live in Uganda and it feels weird to be away from the same country as you. While I was riding the trains I thought it would be so cool to bump into you guys, but never did.
