Mine is out for delivery so should have it soon. I used main the wired version until i changed to the Kone Pro Air but always wanted the Burst Pro in wireless. Now i have the best of both worlds.
As an owner of Roccat Vulcan Pro and TKLP ro as well as a pair of Roccat Kone XP, I say they are great devices… HOWEVER, Swarm can have bad interactions with the hardware. In my case, having programmed macros and keystrokes into the Kone XPs, I get consistent repeating of key actions without spamming the mouse buttons. The macros not programmed to repay. Continues after rebooting as well. I have to run the Roccat Swarm Recovery tool to fix this.. every time. Working with Roccat to solve, but after 2 weeks, no success. I have a state of the art pc build from MainGear, clean system. I hope no one else struggles with this frustration as I hope to go back to Roccat soon with this solved.
New sub here. How tf did you get yours to pair with your dongle? I’ve had this thing since yesterday and cannot get it to see the 2.4 or BT connection at all.
@@mwilliams5375 Did you get this working yet? Mine paired wirelessly out of the box the first time. I never had to try any sync features to get it to work, BT included. There's no mention of how to enable pairing mode on ROCCAT's quick start guide. One guess is to try holding down the profile switch button on the bottom of the mouse to see if it puts it in pairing mode. Then you can use ROCCAT's SWARM software under the settings tab to pair to the mouse. That should hopefully do it. Sorry normally I respond sooner but I've had a 103+ fever the past few days. No COID thankfully, just feel like crap. Good luck! If that doesn't work, I would swap it out.
I should be receiving mine any day now. Currently using the Razer Orochi V2. It's a decent mouse especially for the price, but this will be a significant upgrade. I have a Roccat keyboard so I'm interested to see how those two will sync up together. I also have an Endgame Gear XM2w on pre-order so we'll see which one I ultimately use as my main mouse.

Kone Pro Air would have been a great mouse if it didn't have that middle mouse scroll issue. Was that ever fixed?
My Roccat Lua circa 2015 is still working. Cost all of like $15 7 years ago.
